Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about the delay with your order and understand how frustrating this must have been. As we were unaware that the order had been lost in transit, we were unable to take action sooner, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope the replacement order reached you in a timely manner.
We are also truly sorry for the upset caused by correspondence continuing to be sent in your late father's name. Having reviewed your account, we have no record of a request to update the account name. For us to make changes of this nature, we do require the request in writing. Please reach out to our Customer Care team via https://customercare.harringtonspetfood.com/ and they will be able to assist with updating the account details.
