Ball popped within 2 minutes. Was promised a replacement 3 months ago, and was ghosted. AVOID

It has been over a month and I have yet to get my product. It was sent to the wrong address and I am unable to get a hold of the company to change the address and get the product that I paid for. I would never deal with this company again

Wish I had seen these reviews before placing order with Barkwell for a herding ball $95. Its been 20 days since I ordered and have not receieved item nor a shipping advice. I have sent emails, but looking at previous reviews, I not expecting an answer or refund. I have referred onto my bank, but I am not expecting there is much they can do to get funds back. Avoid this company SCAMMERS!

Do not go with this company- 4 weeks later I still haven't received my product. All emails bounce back- I have had no correspondence from them

All other comments pretty much sum up my experience with this company. They are absolutely a scam. 10/10 do not recommend.

I ordered 3 instinct balls from Barkwellco.com
And received3 pieces of junk from temu. Spent $130 and got taken. They haven’t returned any emails this company is a scam.

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take your money and deliver NOTHING! Every email is ignored.
If I could give zero stars I would, if I could get them criminally charged I would.

If I could also give this company a zero I would. I have sent over a dozen emails about an order I have not received. They are great about taking your money, and sending you nothing in return.

I purchased the Drive Ball, dead in less than 2 minutes. Well I ordered and it took a month to arrive. Once it did, we blew it up and set out with Astrid to play. The ball was blown up full, if not for the material on the zipper I would not have had anything to hold on to.

We walked outside, I threw the ball down and she went after it. Once in her mouth she was squeezing it in her mouth and it popped. No damage to the material. So I went and bought a kit and fixed it.

We returned to the yard with it a few days later, threw it out to her and again within minutes it was popped.

Sent email to company with no response. No refund, no offer of new ball, nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

My GSD popped it in less than 2 minutes. They say a 60 day no questions asked refund but their CS is ignoring me on all avenues. Save your money and don't but this trash product from this trash company. They claim 4.9 star reviews but they are nowhere to be found on the web. SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered 2 herding balls for my dogs.
Took almost a month before I received the items.
The dogs weren't interested at first. After about 2 weeks or so they started to go after the ball, that same day both of the balls popped.
I emailed the company that same day. As of today, I haven't received any response other than the automated message.

I ordered 2 herding balls on June 6 Order# 5683 After waiting several weeks for the product, it finally arrived. The dogs played with the ball today, (they weren't interested prior to today), both of the balls are now punctured. They were inflated correctly and inside the protective cover. May I please get a refund? Or 2 replacement balls Thank you Debra Kelly

Not very good customer service

Made an order a few days ago and no confirmation email regarding order and I’ve contacted customer service (email only which is shady) and zero response. $94 for a herding ball and they essentially stole from me and should be ashamed of themselves for stealing from pensioner who is just trying to give dog happy and fulfilling life and you took that from

Company is a huge scam. Do not buy products from this company

They get one star because something did arrive in the mail (after several weeks).

Unfortunately, it was not at all as advertised.

1 - Ballistic material? Bullsh#t!! It is the cheap blue and orange Temu knockoff and after less than 2mins I can see my GSD's toothmarks going through the canvas in at least 3 places. To be fair it didn't puncture the inner ball, but of course I can't trust the outer 'shell' to stop that from happening.

2 -No grip points?? Then tell me, why there is a big freaking handle on it?? Of course my dog is not going to learn to herd the ball when there is a massive handle he can use. FFS!! [I could cut it off, but then would this affect whether or not I get a replacement or refund? It feels like a scam so far, so it probably doesn't matter]

3 - I've sent 3 emails requesting either a replacement for the 2 balls I ordered (meaning the ACTUAL product advertised) or a full refund. I have received no response at all. The last email (address copy and pasted from the company's order confirmation email) came back as undeliverable.

4 - And, yes, as another reviewer mentioned, the pump was absolutely rubbish. It was easier for me to stick one end of the hose in the ball, the other in my mouth and blow it up like a balloon. A better pump or an electric pump would make this easier

To give one positive piece of feedback, the digital files they supplied were ok.

But I remain a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER/SUCKER!!

I want my money back! I ordered the herding ball on June 28th. Still has not been shipped. Their website states shipping and processing takes 1-2 days to fulfill and, 5-7 for shipping. Still staring at my watch. I sent multiple emails. Crickets. Not one response. Then, I get an email back from Gmail saying that their server is not accepting one of the many different email addresses I sent an email to.

All of there reviews concern me on their website. I don’t think they’re legit, especially since I couldn’t review myself and had to come to Trustpilot to do a review. Scratching my head. I’m calling the bank tomorrow to dispute as I am not comfortable with this as no “Good” business would have such bad communication, lack of concern and not fulfill an order.

Based on the reviews here, this seems to be an issue! Do Not Buy from there, very suspicious.

Bought an Instinct herding ball from Barkwell because their ball looked far superior to other balls for sale on eBay. From the outset the company did not reply to my emails and the order did not show up on the tracking app the company suggested using. When the ball arrived out of the blue yesterday (nearly a month after the order) it was not the ball I ordered or what was depicted on their website and came in an unlabelled cardboard box! It appears to be one of the cheap blue and orange ones I was trying to avoid from eBay. I paid nearly three times the price of those on eBay and have obviously been scammed. In addition, because the price was stated in US dollars I assumed the order would come from the US. It ended up being sent from NSW! A month from NSW to VIC??? Also received loads of scam emails directly after the order was placed. I have sent another email demanding a refund but doubt I will hear anything back.
My advice - just buy the cheap balls from eBay!!

The Instinct Drive Ball for dogs from BarkWell did not last my Belgian Malinois 30 mins the first day and he bit a hole through it. I reached out to them and I'm waiting to see if they reply since it had a warranty

Process was good from ordering to receiving, and everything was quick.... Had the herding ball for just under 30 days, and my German Shepard popped the ball. Reached out to Barkwellco... no response for over 1 week now. No phone number to call.

Ball was great, dogs loved it, but....

As of right now, I would recommend staying away, as quality of ball doesn't stand up to the hype and business is no good at responding to issues.

Ordered their instinct herding balls, and they were responsive up until my order was delivered. I emailed them to say the packaging was flimsy (cardboard packaging was fairly thin and crushed), and the air pump that came with it feels cheaper than something you would get at a dollar store.

The ball itself doesn't look too bad, but I wouldn't know as there are a few parts and no instructions. I've asked them twice for instructions (now a week ago) and they haven't responded.

Stay away if you are looking for something that's quality.
