Fijn merk!

Na bestelling had ik 2 dagen later mijn spullen in huis met winter accessoires voor mijn dochters. Blijft lang mooi, echt hufterproof en stevig. De printjes zijn ook erg leuk en blijven er goed op zitten. Heel blij mee!

Very disappointing return policy

I bought a pair of mittens and a headband online. While I’m aware that I technically accepted the terms and conditions (like most “world-class consumers,” I didn’t read them in detail), I was very surprised by the return policy. When I wanted to return the headband because the fit was unflattering, I was asked to pay almost 50% of the product’s price for the return shipping label. This feels unreasonable, especially since I already paid for shipping when placing the order. I shop online frequently and have never encountered a situation where I had to pay both for delivery and such an expensive return. Paying €7 to return a €20 item is simply disproportionate and discouraging.
This was my first and only Barts purchase and I intend to not recommend the brand to anyone I speak to; such a disappointment.

Mediocre

On m'a offert un bonnet pour noël 2024, que j'ai adoré. La qualité était vraiment bonne.

Pour l'hiver 2025 j'ai naturellement racheté un bonnet Vale Beanie chez Barts en pensant avoir la même qualité mais grosse erreur ! Celui ci est médiocre ! 3 semaines après l'achat, il était tout bouloché et plus aucune forme !

Décevant pour un bonnet en laine "premium"...

Finalement 40€ cela fait cher pour une serpillière !

Adieu Barts, plus jamais !

Barts cut production costs in exchange for inferior product

Barts is the next once respected brand to fall for cutting production costs and offering an inferior product. I bought the same earmuffs with them three times already - replacing them whenever I lost them. They were soft and warm.
The ones I received now, while sold as if they wete the same old furry earmuffs, are so flat that wind touches the side of your ears, and feel like hard plastic around your head. Absolute garbage. I am gutted.

Edit: instead of taking accountability BARTS is trying to have my comment removed for being "ingenuine". The way they ask me to prove myself is not with product photos or anything, which would be no issue, but by doxxing myself to them. They want my full name and contact info. Not Trustpilot, BARTS. This is intimidation.

Leuke, verstelbare hoeden voor een goede prijs

Zocht een leuke zomerhoed maar geen bucketmodel. De Huahina besteld, snelle levering, makkelijke betaalopties. Kleur mauve was meer roze maar leuk model, niet te groot en fijn materiaal (stof) met stevige rand. Daarom nog een crèmekleurige besteld plus een warme wintermuts van teddy. Hoed en muts verstelbaar in hoofdomtrek. Blij met artikelen en kwaliteit.

BARTS is one my favorite brands! In 2023, I bought a fantastic hat in Stockholm, and since then, my collection has grown to around ten Barts products. I have also recommended Barts to several people after receiving compliments on my hats, scarves and bags. Finally, the service and website are excellent and user-friendly.

Tolle Produkte, toller Service

Mütze gekauft. Paket mit Mütze ging verloren. Ich hatte einen Fehler gemacht und die Hausnummer beim Bestellen falsch angegeben. BARTS reagierte sehr großzügig, obwohl ICH mich geirrt hatte und wollte mir den Betrag zurückerstatten. Nach langem Irrweg kam das Paket letztendlich an. Ich werde nur noch dort Mützen kaufen.

Hat fell apart within two weeks of…

Hat fell apart within two weeks of wearing it. I couldn't believe it. For 40euro I expected better quality. When I contacted them they said return it to the store. Also when looking at their other hats I noticed the quality was quite bad and not well made. The one I bought seemed better but it was not. :(

Verbleekt badpak na 1 dag zon

Ik had een heel mooi badpak gekocht met een diepblauwe kleur bij Sanadome in Nijmegen.
Na 1 dag in de zon was het badpak volledig verbleekt. Voor die €80 vind ik dat erg slechte kwaliteit. Je koopt niet een duur badpak om er alleen mee in de spa rond te lopen of in het zwembad.
Ze zijn nu afgeprijsd naar €40, vind ik nog steeds te duur voor wat je krijgt.
Erg jammer, want ik dacht dat ik het mooiste badpak ooit had gevonden!

E-commerece yet no free returns

The quality is ok, not the cheapest but nice overall.
When you return items, you get a "free" return label, but they deduct the cost from the refund, which is extremely sketchy and is definitely a way for them to hide the charge. Asking for a refund of the return did not help, even though I clearly bought a few sizes of the same item planning to return what did not fit. They have no physical shop so I can't try it on.
An E-commerce that in this day and age do not offer free returns does not deserve your business.

Zeer slechte service

Ik koop een badpak en een pareo .
Was niet goedkoop maar vond het mooi dus liet ik mij overtuigen .
Na 1 dag dragen was de pareo gescheurd .
Voor een prijs van 34 euro vond ik nu toch dat ik recht had om een klacht te sturen .
De eerst mail werd vlot beantwoord .
Ze vroegen naar foto's.
Die werden doorgestuurd maar na meerdere vraag voor reactie ....
NIETS...GEEN ANTWOORD.
geen oplossing.
Ik koop er nooit meer .

Goede klantenservice

Mooie mutsen, niet al te duur. Klantenservice reageert supersnel. Muts ging nl kapot en drie dagen later nieuwe in huis zonder bijkomende kosten.

NEVER EVER

Made a €40 purchase from their own website, item is a no fit and doesn’t fulfill what promises, so I’ll return, BUT they will charge me €4,95 for the return, for a package that will be sent from like 5streets away. Ridiculous! Go for other options with no doubt.

Ik koop voor 80 euro muts

Ik koop voor 80 euro muts, sjaal en haarband, door slechte maattabel moet ik de muts retourneren en een maat groter bestellen. Er wordt 4.95 retour kosten in rekening gebracht, algemene voorwaarden of niet, ik bestel een grotere. Volgende keer bestel ik wel bij een reseller, dan geen kosten voor terugsturen of ruilen. Jammer voor Barts, bij een reseller houden ze onder aan de streep minder over, maar blijkbaar geen coulance naar de klant. Ik heb gemaild, maar geen vriendelijke reactie, jammer.

Mooie design hoeden lage kwaliteit

Mooie design hoeden en petten. De papier hoeden van Barts.eu zijn echter niet van goede kwaliteit. Deze hoeden verliezen binnen enkele dagen hun vorm. Barts klantenservice is helaas niet klant gericht die wimpelen je gewoon af met een onzinverhaal over dat je gewoon maar een nieuwe hoed moet aanschaffen. Drie sterren om dat barts buiten de hoeden ook wel goede kwaliteit mutsen maakt.
