I cannot recommend Dr Best, at Bateman and Best dental practice highly enough.

When I first attended the practice, I was looking for a quick cosmetic fix using composite bonding. I was becoming conscious of my smile and wanted a nicer, straight appearance and I decided to get the ball rolling. Rather than simply agreeing to the treatment I requested, Dr Best took the time to thoroughly explain what would be involved and the amount of tooth preparation that would be required to achieve the appearance I wanted. It would have been the quicker option, but not necessarily the best one for the long-term health of my teeth.

Instead, he recommended a far more conservative and minimally invasive approach using orthodontics. I had metal braces which I requested, followed by Invisalign refinement to perfect the alignment. Once my teeth were straight, I completed whitening treatment and only required minimal composite edge bonding for the final finishing touches.

What impressed me most throughout my treatment was that Dr Best always prioritised preserving the integrity of my natural teeth over selling a more expensive or quicker cosmetic solution. It was clear from day one that he genuinely had my best interests at heart as a patient. His honesty, professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in every decision we made along the way.

Every appointment was a positive experience. Dr Best was always friendly, informative and happy to answer any questions I had, making me feel comfortable and involved throughout the entire process. The practice itself is exceptionally clean, modern and professional, and every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, kind and attentive.

I also found the pricing to be very competitive and affordable compared to other practices I considered, especially given the outstanding level of care and treatment I received. At every stage, I felt genuinely looked after rather than treated as just another customer.

I am absolutely delighted with the final result. My smile looks fantastic, but more importantly, my natural teeth have been preserved to the maximum. If you are looking for honest, ethical and affordable dental care from a team that puts your long-term dental health before profit, I would 100% recommend Dr Best and the practice to anyone.
