Ordered two sets of radiator valves
Ordered two sets of radiator valves. They arrived on time and are perfect. Used them for bathroom towel radiators.

Thanks for the review. Sorry you were disappointed that the handle was a single handle and not more than advertised. The description does list this as single handle, the image is a single handle and the quantity drop down menu allows you to select the quantity needed - but I appreciate it can be easy to miss these things.
I'm not sure the 1/5 star review is quite fair, but never mind!

Once our order was placed kept us…
Once our order was placed they kept us updated at all times. The order arrived in the alloted time frame well packed and in great condition except one item the toilet seat which had been damaged in transit. Informed them on the day of arrival and they got back to us within an hour to arrange a replacement. This arrived two days later. Excellent customer service would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use again for any future needs.

Great apart from item damaged
Great apart from item damaged. And it was somewhere where you wouldn’t notice until fitting it. Have asked for some guidance but not hopeful due to there being a contact within 48hrs policy

Excellent customer service
Unfortunately, due to incorrect supply information from their suppliers, it was looking as though items we’d ordered over the Christmas period wouldn’t arrive in time for our bathroom fit. However, Greg at Bathlab went above and beyond to ensure that in the end they were delivered in time. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly, they absolutely know how to deliver excellent customer service.

Very quick delivery well protected all around the bath, beautiful bath,
1 problem it would have saved a lot of time if this bath had instructions attached to the selling instruction's this" bath cannot be drilled to take a mixer tap and can only take a very new style bathtub "filler costing another £129.00" otherwise very happy with supplier and bath tub

Great service and products
Great service and products, very good value. Would have given 5 stars but one small part was faulty. It was very swiftly replaced but is yet to be fitted by the plumber and it looks slightly different from original but I expect it to be all good. Greg is a real person and not a bot and very easy to communicate with.
