Never received the items I ordered just constant change of delivery dates for several months until I was tired of waiting and bought them eleswhere & cheaper now I'm waiting for the refund of my order that despite 3 phone calls has not been done

Ordered shower website says in stick.
Only to be emailed nxt day that order not available for 4 weeks..then refund took 3 /4 weeks.
Total waste of time with tradesman waiting!!

Delivery dates were very quick - even after the seat delivery was originally reckoned to be at least 3 weeks. It then came in less than a week after the rest of the order. However the courier that delivered the seat was less than satisfactory.
1 It didn't arrive within the 10 hour time scale they said. As I had to be out the next day I left a note on my front door with instructions what to do. By chance before I left I discovered that the box was outside my other (side) door. In consequence the box was slightly wet.
2 They didn't give the one hour call before delivery that it said on the instructions.
3 They didn't ring my bell when it arrived to let me know.

Fantastic choice and prices, still some of the order to arrive as it’s coming in a few batches but everything so far has been delivered on time and as expected.

Still waiting for my order to be completed. The usual excuse, someone else’s fault.
Response time for customer service can take up to a week but apparently if you don’t report anything faulty with your ordered goods within 24 hours this company washes its hands from responsibility! Had a cracked sink in a box which was clearly a fault but refused to provide any replacement or refund. In the end I bought all my other 3 bathrooms from somewhere else so a RRP gain of couple of hundred pounds quickly turned into thousands of missed sales for this company. I don’t think it matters to them anyway but I would certainly not recommend this company and advice you to shop somewhere else.

Good price. Quality of goods excellent but unable to speak to anyone about my delivery date. Received a text at 9pm the night before which was quite inconvenient at such short notice

No problems at all. We'll packaged to avoid damage and delivery quicker than I expected.

I ordered a product to then be told about a week or so later it wasn’t in stock, even tho it was supposed to be sent in 3-5 days, and the refund wasn’t issued straight away im still waiting for it now 4 weeks later, communication is pretty much non existent. Terrible service and customer support will not use again

Placed order then got msg a couple of days later that they actually do not have any stock but will be back in stock in 3-4 weeks. Really! asked for refund on 26th May and still no refund. Disgraceful way to run a business.

I ordered the wrong product and have yet to have a response from customer service

Really good communication, driver called me to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. Products arrived without damage. Price was good

I was given a delivery date, without a specified time (which is bad enough, having to wait in all day). I had to take the entire day off work to wait for the delivery and guess what - it didn't show.

I need to return the item and notice we have to cover the cost of return, and arrange the return etc, so emailed to ask if they could contribute in some way towards the cost due to the day of unpaid work I took to wait for the delivery.

They said no - it is in their terms that it is just estimated delivery - I can understand estimated time on a day, but estimated day when they message you with the day and time is a joke.

I was about to prepare a return and headed over to check reviews on here before committing to it - which I should have done first (but didn't because I foolishly believed their website where it said "rated as Excellent on Trustpilot") and noticed the terrible experience people have had. It is likely I wont end up getting a refund because they will dig out something else in their terms to justify not giving it.

I will take a hit on the cost of this and then never use this company again.

Purchased a new flush plate for a geribit toilet frame. A week later I receive an email to say it was not in stock and won’t be for a few weeks.
Needless to say I cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere.
I am still awaiting the refund.
Based on this first time experience with this company I would neither recommend or be using them again.

Still waiting for a toilet seat that was ordered about 12 weeks ago. It was in stock when ordered but did not arrive with rest of order. Keep being palmed off by saying it will be here the following week!

Ordered a Geberit sigma flush plate 4 weeks ago, still not had a dispatched email. When I ordered the flush plate it was showing ‘in stock’, but I received an email the following day saying the item was out of stock and due back in within “2-3 weeks”. 4 weeks later still not received my order. Emailed the company numerous times and had no reply. Avoid.
