Ordered a replacement soft close Duravit toilet seat. The website for easy to use, the item I wanted very reasonably priced compared to other more expensive suppliers and items dispatched as expected. Can’t fault this company - they do exactly what they say they will do.

Placed my order on the 10th June and the website said “Your order will be delivered within 10 days”, they then emailed me 5 days later to tell me it would be the 10th July. Phoned customer service and they were very pleasant but could not guarantee the 10th July so I asked for a refund which admittedly was done quickly, glad I did as I then got the same item £108 cheaper elsewhere.

Item was sent quickly and communication was clear along the way. Original packaging with instructions.

Good quick delivery, well packed. The WC pan I needed was a bit niche and I struggled to find what I wanted on any other website.
