Website was easy to navigate and the odd size we needed was available and in stock. Delivery was quick and the tray was as described, driver was very helpful too.

Excellent service from the beginning. Absolutely delighted with the bath and panel. It was a pleasure speaking with the staff member who was so helpful. I would Highly recommended this business to anyone.

Quite simply I was able to identify the part I needed without having to buy more than I needed and the process of ordering and receiving was in a reasonable time frame. The only criticism is the charge for postage was unreasonable.

I bought a shower tray a few weeks back and had brilliant service from BS.
i suddenly discovered I needed a second waste drain for the tray.I telephoned,yes it was in stock, advised to buy on line and the purchase would be dealt with urgently. I took BS at their word and paid the extra postage and received the item the next day.
Great service and now twice in a row.

The shower tray is exactly what we wanted - it is heavier and better quality than we expected. The outstanding part of our buying experience was the service provided by Alan, the delivery driver. delivery driver phoned the day before. he was rude and aggressive. Told me we had to accept a delivery at 6.30am(!) because he had to go to Weymouth after. I'm not at all sure what that had to do with me and id read the ts&cs and knew he could be early but not that early!. I was bullied in to accepting it on the agreement that he wouldn't wake my neighbours.
he was given really clear instructions where they were versus us. He phoned me up at 6.23am and told me he'd done precisely what I'd asked him not to do. He was very rude and made it clear he was the only one thst mattered in this situation.
He arrived here and my husband had to deal with a heavy delivery in the dark with the driver moaning and complaining 🙄. The product is fine, I just couldn't go through that again.

In reply to your reply, he phoned the afternoon before to arrange this. You make it seem like he's separate to the company but to me, he's not. it was made clear he was only delivering your orders so phoning you to complain about being bullied into agreeing something with you doesn't sound logical. When I said to him that it was very early he said "well you live in a farm don't you". You have a very rude driver. 😒

From queries about the delivery process to actual delivery I can't fault Bathroom Supastore. So helpful in every respect. The morning of the delivery arrived and everything went smoothly. Thanks to all the team who assisted in the process. We've not installed any of the products yet so can't make any further comment but up to this point, highly satisfied.

The shower enclosure was damaged by the external delivery company. Bathroom Supastore immediately arranged for a replacement to be delivered from Wales to us in the south of England by their own driver without a quibble. I have been most impressed and thank Evan Jones in particular for his efficency and great courtesy.

Reliable prompt delivery

Found the exact shower enclosure we were looking for at a great price.
Ordered in the evening and delivery was arranged very quickly. However, we were unable to receive the delivery on the due date and when we phoned up the company, they very helpfully changed the delivery to a date which was more convenient for us. The delivery turned up on time with a friendly driver.

Shower tray well packed, delivered as promised, good fitting instructions. As a diyer I would appreciate specific product identifiers for the cement adhesive.
