Have just used Bathwick Tyres (Cardiff) for the first time and can honestly say they were brilliant, even though they were extremely busy!! they still managed to sort out multiple issues of both Trailer & van tyres, so a big thank you to Adam, Scott & Rees 👍

Brilliant customer service was so impressed by Jimmy he was professional helpfully and friendly I observed him deal with a number of customers both face to face and although some of them were quite demanding he was polite and helpful to everyone. Jimmy really went above and beyond to source me the best deal on my replacement tyre and really appreciated all he did to assist me
The guy who replaced my tyre was equally professional, efficient a very helpful and did an excellent and fas job replacin my tyre
The whole team at Bathwick Tyres are all brilliant their work is to the highest standard and fairly priced. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know who needs a replacement tyre or Mot.. Thanks Jimmy and all the team your the best

MOT & service booked. Arrived at the appointed time - nonchalant staff said it had been cancelled!!! No attempt to contact me via email as didn’t have my phone number. Could not fit me in before my MOT expired & didn’t care at all. First & last time for me. Very disappointed.

Turned up for my 9-10 appointment at 9.15. Garage totally empty. Smirking so-called 'manager' said I should have been there 9 o clock and refused to fit my 2 tyres which had been been delivered. He claimed he had other cars due to turn up soon who had booked directly (I booked Bathwick Tyres via Asda Tyres) and refused to give me an alternative time or date for my fitting. I asked him to replace just one (punctured) for me to get me fully mobile again and I would return for the other but he refused again. Told me he wasn't interested in whatever I had been given as my booking slot and even agreed with me that he had an attitude problem. His assistant also smirking stood idly next to him in the reception area. The garage was still empty when I left.
Avoid, avoid, avoid Bathwick Tyres Devizes. You have been warned.

Booked via Asda tyres for 09.00am on Saturday. Arrived on time only to be told there wasn’t a booking. Rang Asda tyres who confirmed there was a booking and a mail had been sent the Bathwick tyres in Devizes and myself. Guy behind the counter denied this. Asked him to check again while I was on the phone to Asda…..oh guess what he found the booking but said he was too busy to do it. Stood my ground and they agreed to get the 2 new tyres fitted. Explained that the tyre in the spare tyre position needed changing and putting back on the left rear. Also needed front right changing and swapping with rear right so the 2 new tyres were on the real axle. Looking out the window the tyre technician then started changing the wrong tyre. Had to go out and explain again that the tyre in the spare bay needed changing as it had been damaged. He didn’t know how to remove the spare from a Transit van so had to do that myself. Have used Bathwick in Devizes many times. What’s going on there. Won’t be going back…Avoid this branch, nobody seems to know what’s going on.

Popped into the Cheltenham branch after I blew my tyre. Tommy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Amazing!

Simple. 30 minutes. Price paid & no fuss or attitude (like some tyre services). Thankyou

I have used this company for years. I went again for new tyres and the service I received from Jason was fantastic. 3 new tyres, tracking etc plus he fixed my rim for me which leaks air all the time due to corrosion. Even checked it over for me a week and a bit later to make sure it was holding. Thank you for another great bit of service

I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and fast service this morning when I attended unannounced with a screw in my tyre, nothing was too much trouble. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Absolutely fantastic service- Want to mention especially how welcoming Clayton was. Thank you

I ordered 4 tyres for my daughters Clio to be fitted at the Bridgwater East Quay depot. Booked through the Protyre website. My tyres were fitted professionally and with care(I am an ex tyre fitter myself but trucks not cars). I cannot fault the service I received. This is the 3rd time I have used this branch of Bathwick Tyres and every time the customer care is consistent.

Absolute nightmare at Bathwick Tyres Ferndown, booked my MOT, on the day of the MOT had a call to say one of their MOT testers had not turned up for work, so they could move me to The day my actual MOT was due, 3 days later. I had little choice as too late when I looked elsewhere to get booked in at such little notice. The next day I had another call to say they were now unable to offer any MOT testing, leaving me stuck without an MOT test as I cannot get anything booked until a week later, so basically I have no car for a week now, thanks Bathwick! The amount of time I have wasted looking for an MOT last minute is v annoying, definitely avoid Bathwick, use a trusted garage, I’ve learnt my lesson.

Very small review as I'm not wanted back, as I'm an abusive customer, who having brought 2 tyres from Asda Tyres (5 Stars, fast ordering, easy to use web site, great selection, really competitive pricing) I chose Bathwick tyres to fit them, got my time and day slot, only to be told 2 days later they couldn't fit me in as they were now really busy and my slot was no longer free for me, no probs, rang them up to find out why, excepted their slightly dodgy answer, rebooked a new time and day and left it at that. Raised the issue with Asda Tyres and went to bed. (night worker) couldn't sleep so checked phone only to find a message from Asda Tyres telling me my new booking was cancelled and I was not wanted back as a customer because I was abusive to the bloke I spoke to!! I never raised my voice or used foul or abusive language to him, just asked questions, upshot is Asda Tyres sorted me out a new fitting slot with Bridgwater Tyres and Exhausts (4 Stars used them before should have used them this time, stupid me) so lesson learnt, don't ask questions of Bathwick Tyres as you may get refused service and not invited back as a customer!!

I have used Bathwick Tyres, Wilton road, Salisbury for many years. Had 4 new tyres fitted 04/10/23. Service excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. Reasonable price. Will continue to use them.

The integrity and honest of this company is outstanding. I ordered and paid for two new tyres but when I went to get them fitted, the team looked at my car and told me very quickly that I didn't need them. They fixed the issue with the technology that was indicatiing a problem and everything has been fine since. I was very impressed with their service and would certainly recommend the Bathwick team in Poundbury, Dorchester. Thanks very much Andy and team.

Short wheel base van hire (VW Transporter). The van was in excellent condition. The staff were great (Chippenham). No complaints at all. Would use again and would recommend.

On holiday near Gloucester and found a nail in the tyre. I went in for a tyre repair and the fitter was dead clear and honest with me about the repair.
Very quick turnaround.
Then they refused any payment! Seriously. They wouldn't let me pay. We have been chatting and it has been a difficult week with a bereavement and other problems.
I was lost for words. What a good bunch of guys there. I would definitely go back if I lived in Gloucester.

Beware of Bathwick tyres if you are looking for tyres,just called for a price of a pair of Pirelli powergy tyres (225/55/R18) and was quoted a price of over £190 each eg £380+ but on the Bathwick website the exact Same tyres are £260.54 for the pair eg £120+ less, unimpressed to say the least.

Obtained special EV tyre by 11:00 the next day (Bridgwater) No air tools used for removal or refit and nut torques set exactly on refit. Jacking point checked and aligned accuratly as quite a heavy vehicle. Very professional and a clean tidy workshop. Will use again
