Absolutely atrocious service
Absolutely atrocious service. Waiting nearly a month for my order, promised delivery dates have been and gone, unable to contact via phone, emails are short and dismissive. Refusing to refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Wrong battery
I was given the advice that a certain battery would fit, so I ordered it. They claimed I wasn't told it would fit, but I was. I had to pay for the return of the battery etc. Rsult it cost £30 extra.

Good and full information on website for car battery with plenty of options. Helpful office staff with phone queries. Order dealt with immediately and battery arrived promptly on time. Very well packed. Arrived charged and ready for use (tho warning sticker to remove transit vent plug did not say it was Yellow, so had to assume correct plug was removed). Hopefully it will last as expected with Exide.
