Excellent customer service.
Ordered online and communication was via email.
Delivery and quality of product was great.

Customer service is great, I asked a question had an answer in 1 hour, question answered.

Easy to deal with, great communication, fast shipping.

What more could you want?

They knew which was the correct battery, even when everywhere else it was very confusing.

Very helpful when I had questions regarding my order.
Order is exactly what I wanted and quick delivery.
Make sure you make an account if you want to track your order - I made the mistake of not doing so and couldn't track it.

Had a delay with delivery. Contacted customer service and they were very prompt and helpful. Product arrived and worked as expected.

Reliable delivery

Ordered a product from this company but never received it very bad follow up service was told it got lost in delivery and there would be no replacement unless I paid for a another one what a joke

Your work is very well organised and an excellent work done by the staff

I had to purchase a laptop battery and charging cable a day apart. I selected express post and both items were very reasonably priced, dispatched the same day and came the next day! I also contacted customer service and they replied on the same day too! Very good company to deal with, thank you!

I ordered a battery for a baby monitor. After receiving the product, it didn't fit or match what I was replacing. Immediately, I contacted customer service, and they were professional and prompt and helped me resolve the issue. I sent photos of my battery so they could re-issue the correct battery. Although this took a little longer, these things happen and I am pleased to say it was handled well and in my favour.

Great communication and customer service

Fast shipping and product was as described and expected.

What a nasty lot tried to run of with my money so sent bank in who got my money back beware of dealing with them i got same item from Temu for 60% less

Advertised as "Great replacement" but it's terrible. Can't even get 200 photos from a single charge where my 8 year old genuine Nikon still gives me 500+. To their own admittance "Please note that it is not able to be compared with the lasting time of the original battery". So basically you get less than 40% charge from this brand new battery than an 8 year old genuine Nikon. Simply not worth it :-(

Awesome support from the team for tracking the package. Good stuff.

I am 100% happy with their service. Strongly recommend to buy product from batteryexpert; their post sale service is exceptional.

Great to deal with.

I ordered something by mistake and they were super quick to process a refund.
