My one-star review didn't get published on their review page, and their review collection site only published part of it, editing it to omit the details of why I wasn't happy. Their stock of batteries is possibly soo old that they are worthless, don't hold any charge and can't be recharged even after one day's use, now even that would be fine if they actually responded to a return request, maybe they have so many that it takes weeks to get through them all, any other contact details other than email or webform is incredibly hard to find. Thanks Trustpilot for their number, lets see if it works.

Android C-Charger to HDMI did not work and did not allow me to view content on large tv screen and tested on regular monitor, The audio still worked and the charging still worked.

Ordered a "DeWalt 18v XRP compatible NiMh Battery Pack SKU DC9096" advertised as 3.6Ah. Delivered promptly but the product was not as advertised; it is NiCd, claims 4.0Ah on base, BUT based on 30 minutes charge time (zero to full) on genuine DeWalt DC9310 charger, is more like 1.25Ah.

if i could rate zero i would, this is the worst place for customer service and if you have a faulty product it takes weeks for them to reply

Kept cancelling my order a few days after paying for it. Refunded but not fully and items still for sale on website. No reply to my emails.

You say text or call, please give phone number to call from NZ.
Last refund was only partial so I am over $9 out of pocket and receiving nothing. At least give me my money back, better supply goods as advertised.

I received an email notification on 3 Sept that it has been shipped, only to get a notification 8 days after (11 Sept) that it's out of stock? Seems disingenuous to say something is on its way, when in reality it is not.

The battery lasted 2 uses and started smoking. Now doesn’t work at all

Ordered from here as the products were showing as in stock (other sites were showing as out of stock). Took 2 weeks to be dispatched, during which time I was asked repeatedly to review the product. Then finally once product was dispatched it seems to have been lost in transit with no current advice available on its whereabouts. A month so far with no product and no direction on a solution.

Quite lightweight for 6A batteries so if you're in need of a true 6A get a
8 or 9A .
