Never use to be able to grip onto the rig very well and it always limited my chance to learn. Now this is no worry and I have no rips and my pull ups have already improved massively! So yes I love the grips have changed my life at the box.

Really impressed by the standard of service I’ve received during my recent purchases. They were quick to respond to my queries about size and availability and were happy to order in additional trainers in my size just for me to try them on. The clothes I’ve bought are brilliant quality and still look new after a good few washes. Delivery was really quick. Happy to recommend them to anyone!

Ordered a few times for various items. Always very professional, no issues. Items always on time

Fast delivery and good products. I have ordered a few times now from them.
I use their liquid chalk which has been helping me tremendously with deadlifts. Would recommend.

I ordered a few items, a couple of shirts and a vest, but they sent one item in the wrong size.

I contacted them to get it replaced, and they told me to either bring the item back in person to their store, or send it back.

I'm obviously not happy with having to send and pay for an item to be sent through the post, after something that was their mistake.

They said that they can't send a free return label.

I am still waiting for a response from them.

UPDATE

The owner said that he has already sent a return label (which isn't true), but said that he would send another one through the post just in case. When he did this he asked me to remove this review.

That was a week ago. I'm still waiting for the return label.

Ordered, confirmation of order. Nothing heard for over a week. Sent email, nothing. Used site to contact, nothing.

Escalated with paypal for refund.

Edit: BattleBoxUK now even tried to get this removed from trustpilot. Despite me giving them all the info.

Order placed on 19/07 and I recently asked for update after non delivery. Was then informed they didn’t have items in stock despite website showing items in stock. They waited for me to contact them. They are still advertising the items they claim they don’t have via their website so this is bordering on fraudulent. Have so far ignored emails about issuing a refund and only offered option of selecting something else from site. I don’t want something else or I would have ordered that in the first place. Having to file a paypal dispute. Avoid. Update: PayPal have refunded.

Their response below from the director is a fabrication (his Trustpilot response to my review falsely stating their was a payment / security issue)...

After this it was several polite reminders only from me as to a refund which I received no response to and then a filed paypal dispute

There was never a ‘payment issue’ or ‘security check issue’ or any such advisory as per their trust pilot comment below. PayPal wouldn’t have refunded if I hadn’t actually paid. The only correspondence I received was regarding stock levels and only after I chased missed delivery. Once I asked for a refund all communication ceased and after a few polite requests / reminders I filed a paypal dispute that found in my favour.

Also worth noting that one of the positive reviews are not customers but the director / staff of the TheBattleBoxUK which is breach of trust pilot rules. A few days after his fake review two more shill reviews appear. This tells us a lot about the company ethics.

13/10/2020 - the director of battlebox reported my response as it included his name in his email signature. Considering he replied using his name as well as a review in his own name this was a rather petty attempt to remove a negative review after also lying about the reason the items weren’t dispatched in his reply.

Update below also completely wrong as only have a single Payment account linked to PayPal which was the only account used to make payment. The payment went through fine on first attempt. Goods were however not sent. Only when this was queried did they accept they didn’t have stock. They offered alternative product but when I said I wanted refund they then ceased communicating. PayPal dispute initiated due to failure of seller to reply to emails. PayPal found in my favour and refunded.

Awful experience! I ordered blackroll roller in blue colour but received yellow one which was put into royal mail envelope without box or any instructions from blackroll how to use it (which apparently are always added to the box)

When I sent email to inform about mistake I was adviced that "blue one was out of stock and if I want, they can send me empty box"

I won't be purchasing anything else from this company as I am expecting similar rude approach in case any other issues with my order

Order number 25657 which wasn't repaid and my card wasn't stolen.

Ordered a Top it arrived poor quality with the stitching faulty on the shoulder.
Sent multiple emails to return top or have some assistance and have had no response.

My favourite online shop with multiple choice of supplements and crossfit gear. Easy and quick communication between customer and owners. I have visited store in Edinburgh and always buy what I came for.

Great selection of sporting apparel. Got myself some sweet virus products to wod in.
Delivered within two days. Tracking was provided so I could track my parcel. Nice and easy.
