Customer Service received from Baxter Freight is excellent with the company always striving to find solutions to all your logistical needs and are very responsive regarding every queries involved in line with your business needs.
I like dealing with this company, they always get back to me when they say they will. Highly recommend, fabulous customer service.

I tried them recently again, driver collected late, then parked up the load and it didnt get delivered until two days later.
Dealing with Charlotte she wouldn't even answer the phone or reply to emails. £886 later its a lesson learned
They're quick to threaten legal action with their big company policies too.

I did and you let me down.YOU, nobody else but Baxter freight The invoice was paid weeks ago as I think you are aware. Paid because my customer didn’t charge me so I didn’t charge you, it was only fair. I know 100% that should I use you again I will have the same problems and you’ll have the same lame excuses. I wish I could give you no stars never mind one. There’s more to the story but it makes no odds you’ll never darken my door again in my opinion you’re the worst I’ve ever used :) keep smiling

We appreciate this job did not go as either party would have liked. However, we feel it’s important to highlight certain issues that were beyond our control, and to reinforce that communication and support were offered throughout the process as detailed below.
As discussed at the time, the scheduled driver was unable to deliver on the date required due to illness and our partner did not have other drivers available to cover his work. Our understanding is that your Account Manager informed you of the evolving situation at all times and when we were subsequently advised by you that there would be a container arriving to load on 23 April, both the Account Manager and two of our most experienced Senior Account Managers offered further support. We advised that if the container needed to wait due to the vehicle not arriving in time, we would support with any additional costs incurred. Since the invoice remains unpaid, and we have had no information regarding any potential additional costs, our accounts team will continue to pursue payment as per our terms and conditions.
As a next step, we would welcome a conversation to see how we can resolve this matter. Unfortunately, the Account Manager who was working on this job has now left the business, so please contact us to advise of your availability and we will be happy to arrange a meeting to address this amicably with one of our Associate Directors.
Delivered today by Connor. Very polite and punctual. I received a text so I knew when he was close. My delivery was carefully unloaded and stowed for me. Connor is number one.
I chose Baxter Freight over a cheaper alternative on a recommendation from our 3PL. I assumed their higher fee would mean expertise and peace of mind. Instead, my first US shipment has been beset with problems that any competent forwarder should have anticipated. For a first-time import into the US, it is standard knowledge that the shipment will need EIN validation, a Power of Attorney, supporting incorporation documents, and a clear bond strategy. None of this was flagged before departure – the first I heard of it was after my goods were stuck in clearance in Cincinnati.
What followed was days of chasing DHL directly, speaking to senior clearance managers myself, filling out POA paperwork, dealing with IRS hold-ups, and being told by Baxter that they “couldn’t intervene.” DHL eventually confirmed the freight could be cleared but only with a customs bond adding confusion, delay, and extra costs.
For a forwarder charging a premium, I expected them to take responsibility, anticipate requirements, and guide me through the process – not leave me firefighting with DHL. My experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and costly. If you are considering Baxter Freight for US imports, I would urge you to ask exactly what support they will provide, because in my case I ended up doing their job for them.

I recently used Baxter Freight for the transportation of goods for my business, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I first contacted them, their level of service and communication was outstanding, especially Emphany. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided regular updates on the status of my shipment. Not only was their customer service top-notch, but their prices were also very competitive. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable their services were compared to other freight companies I had researched.
Most importantly, Baxter Freight delivered the goods on time and in perfect condition. I didn't have to worry about any damages or lost items, which is a huge relief when dealing with valuable merchandise. Their attention to detail and care for their client's cargo was truly impressive.
Overall, I can highly recommend Baxter Freight for anyone in need of reliable and professional freight services. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service, competitive prices, and timely delivery of goods sets them apart from the competition. I will definitely be using their services for all my future transportation needs.
Poor service. Customer service is dreadful even the director said the administration was not good. Damaged goods, mis quoted and refuse all liability as they are just an agent. Not good at all
