Laptop was in a mess and I couldn't get the printer to work. I was desperate. I had contacted Bay Tech on a previous occasion and Matthew had got me out of trouble. This time was worse Laptop was very ill and needed a lot of help. Printer needed replacing. Bay Tech to the rescue. I am very happy with my new printer and a rejuvenated laptop. Matthew is reliable and very helpful. He's a real lifesaver....

Matt at Bay Tech set up my new Nokia mobile Android smart-phone (I'm a first-time user) and tutored me on how to get the best out of it. He explained everything clearly and efficiently, providing friendly expert help at a reasonable price. I can't imagine getting better service.

This was a great experience. Was a bit worried about someone being in the house after so long in lockdown! Matthew was brilliant. He solved the technical issues I had very quickly and efficiently. He is very personable and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend Baytech without reservation.

I have given Bay Tech a 5* rating because they responded promptly to my urgent appeal for help. My email account had been hacked and no longer functioned. After attempting to resolve the problem myself, I called Bay Tech. They were able to work remotely on my laptop and it wasn't long before the problem was identified and corrected. They were pleasant and professional as they worked, discussing what was happening while I watched. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly use them again myself.

Excellent service from Matt. My printer stopped working. I found Baytech details in Local Choice magazine and texted Matt. He called in the following morning with a new printer. He also upgraded my laptop and returned it within 24 hours and set everything up. Very pleased with first class local service.

Matt listened to what the problem was as well as understanding things I just wanted to be different -and fixed everythng. Now my computer switches on and off in seconds, not whirring away for minutes! He was very efficient and kept in touch throughout from first contact to job done. Thanks Matt! Happy to recommend :-)

Matthew was so easy to contact and incredibly prompt with his response and service. His manner is very honest, friendly and helpful which is noticeable when you are not so computer literate. (like me)
I would highly recommend him if you want to give your computer a new lease of life and make the most of the equipment you have.

My grandson’s IPad suddenly stopped working. It was still under warranty but Apple were unhelpful saying there was nothing they could do. They said the Apple ID and owner’s fone number did not tally with their records. Matt looked at the IPad, took it the local Apple representative, and explained the situation on our behalf in a better way than we could. Two days later Matt picked up a brand new IPad from Apple for my grandson, who was over the moon. Can highly recommend Matt. He is extremely helpful and puts himself out to get a result.

Dropped my laptop off with Matthew as it running so slow, picked it up the next day after clean up and service, it is now running like new.
Excellent service highly recommended.

Absolutely great service. I'm a complete technophobe and Matthew was brilliant. He couldn't have been more helpful and patient. I'd highly recommend him to anyone with a sick computer.
Since I wrote this review my computer died and I had to buy another, which I purchased from Matthew. I started having problems with it after a few months and contacted Matthew. He said he wasn't responsible for an individual piece of equipment which, of course, is true. However, he said he would look at it if I wanted but he would charge me. I can't help feeling that he might have just been a little kinder as he did profit from selling it too me. Since then I've had nothing but problems and I've gone to Ace Computers who have been really helpful every time, frequently not charging me anything.

Very happy with the service from Matt. Good advice on what we needed, good communication throughout, ended up with a great value PC and he was a delight to have around while he set it up. Will use again.

I had several small problems and one big problem for Matt to sort out. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly and simply got the jobs done with no fuss. As soon as he got the part for one of the jobs he was back with the same excellent quality service. Reasonable charges. I would definitely call Baytech again.
