Bayou City Coffee was started with the goal of doing things differently, with a vision that’s always has a Texas flair , and with the focus squarely on quality. We source the best coffees in the world and strive to maintain transparent, quality-based relationships with our farmers along the way. From plant to portafilter, we pay homage to these folks through our own fervent attention to detail at every step, quality control in our cupping labs, meticulous roasting profiles and extensive barista education. We are committed to the well-being of everyone we work with, from the farmers and the communities they live in, to our employees and communities here in the States. We value our relationships with our customers, growers, and each other.

I cannot start my day without my Bayou City Coffee! The organic and fair trade blend is not only delicious but also gives me the perfect energy boost to tackle the day ahead. I love the light roast flavor and the fact that it supports ethical sourcing practices. A must-have for any coffee lover!
I ordered a few days ago and already received my ordered!
We ordered for our office and everyone is enjoying all the varieties, especially the espresso blend ☕️
My next ordered will most definitely be on autoship

**"Fantastic Coffee and Amazing Service!"**
I recently discovered Bayou City Coffee, and I’m beyond impressed! Their coffee is absolutely top-notch — smooth, rich, and full of flavor. I particularly love the dark roast, which has the perfect balance of boldness without being too overpowering.
What really stands out, though, is their customer service. I had a couple of questions about the different blends, and their team was quick to respond with helpful recommendations tailored to my tastes. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their product.
Shipping was super fast, and everything arrived fresh. I’ve tried several of their blends now, and I haven’t been disappointed once. If you’re looking for high-quality coffee with excellent service, Bayou City Coffee is the place to go
