These things were ordered on 22 July, and on their website it says that it should take 2-6 days for things to arrive. It has been a month since. What is more frustrating is that I have been trying to contact them on their WhatsApp as well as sending emails, but they do not answer!!!

Same thing happened to me. I placed an order a month ago and still nothing. I haven’t received any response to my emails asking about the status of my order either.

No updates regarding the shipment since Jul 17
I placed an order on July 17 and still have not received any updates regarding the shipment, despite contacting the team many times (via email, WhatsApp, Instagram). The order value is quite high, which according to the website qualifies for priority/express delivery! Pls arrange for the order to be shipped asap, otherwise, I will have to request a full refund
Update: the order was shipped, but not received due to import restrictions for food supplements in Europe. Please check before sending/ordering

A company with integrity
Ordered product March 2026 but never received the item. Though an email glitch caused a miscommunication , the company resolved it instantly once notified. They made a mistake but fixed it instantly without any excuses.

Hello Louisa, your order no 1300694 - Bayer K-othrine Sc50 insecticide 50 ml is not allowed to send by DHL to abroad. that is why we could not send. Your order is seen in our system as paid back but this may be operator mistake, in any cases we will reimburse and i am extremely sorry for the experience you encoutnered.

SCAM WEBSITE - Placed an order 4 weeks ago before checking their legitimacy here (my mistake, will never do that again)
They took my payment and never shipped my items - that was over 4 weeks ago and they are not responding to my multiple follow up emails. Currently trying to get my money back via my bank.

When I asked for my money back, they refused to issue a refund and cut off contact. They are actively deleting negative customer comments on their social media to trick more people. Avoid this company at all costs, it is a complete fraud
