Unusable product and refused refund
The order was supposed be next day ordered fri got some time in night Thursday 6 days later. The chicken was fully defrosted and unusable. Evri didn't deliver whe supposed to. We found box outside following morning. Myst have deliverd very late when were asleep When asked fo refund they declined. Crooks. Beware.

Products arrived promptly and securely packed
Products arrived promptly, and expertly packed. Kudos to the packing team for taking pains to ensure glass jars were all individually very well wrapped, and both tins and jars were securely protected, in a thick cardboard box, with plenty of sturdy packing material, sealed with ‘fragile’ sellotape. Very impressed with this attention to careful packing.

Simplee Alow Vera Immunity drink
I have used the supplier several times. They provide professional customer care and they are very efficient with the detailing.
Regarding updates, they are excellent in informing you of the estimated delivery. I contacted them as I thought an item was missing.
After speaking to them, they suggested opening all the boxes, which I did, and found that the item I thought was missing which was Dubai chocolates was packed securely and safely with the drinks.
Service was meticulous.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌🏽

Great no problem at all, I accidentally pressed the wrong button for delivery so I got in touch and they immediately corrected it for me, Very quick on delivery, and response from customer service was also quick. Overall very pleased 😀
