First the wrong ring was shipped. Then when I ordered another ring, it lost a stone after a few weeks. BBBGems refused to fix it and sent a bag of stones which also took weeks to get. Repair jeweler stated the ring had a flaw and needed to be remade. Jeweler attempted to reset the stone but it fell out again, several days before my wedding. Never heard from BBBGems again after telling them my ring had a flaw with one of the prongs.

Wow, I was blown away by the ring I purchased. My wife loved it and it arrived sooner then expected.

Just received the rings on time. Perfect fit. Perfect craftsmanship. Very high-quality pieces of jewelry. Would definitely order again. I was especially impressed by the Moissanite stone which has even more sparkle vs my real diamonds.

Hands down the best jewelry shop. The quality of jewelry is like no where else I have shopped before, the service is exceptional and I am never disappointed!

I have had no problems so far with the ring I had ordered. Communication was good and I was able to receive my ring before I needed it. The tracking number I received didn't work when I first tried it, however, before I checked again the ring had already arrived. The ring looks great just like the pictures. Shipping was alittle odd (a different company than I was told delivered the ring) but in the end I got what I needed and am happy for it. Thanks!

Wonderful and beautiful craftsmanship for a great price! Communication was good in the very beginning and only after I contacted them after 3 weeks. That was my only issue. The website said the ring would be done in 3 weeks (don't remember exact number of days) but it was disappointingly longer. However, the communication after the fact was great and I was rarely left unhappy. I would buy again from bbbgem, I'm very satisfied with the end result and my fiance absolutely loves her ring! So, that pretty much trumps everything lol thank you guys!

We had a custom cut stone for repair on an old ring and they came through for us. Beautiful piece of turquoise!

I honestly wasn't expecting a whole lot at first, I wasn't sure exactly how to use the website, it wasn't the most straightforward one I have ever visited and it was a little difficult to make sure I had what I needed, but, BUT, once I did figure it out and once I did get it ordered, that was where I was surprised, they were very responsive and helpful, did not have any problems whatsoever. It was a very pleasant customer service experience. When the ring set arrived, I can honestly say it looked better than the pictures they sent me and in my opinion it is absolutely gorgeous! Probably will order from them again in the future, highly recommend, if you don't like shopping in person are are wanting to create a surprise for you SO!

I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service for this company is horrible, no wonder they don’t have a phone number to call for help. Don’t expect anything to come with papers or appraisal amounts for insuring your purchase. And when asked why about the paper work and appraisal amount they just stop responding to emails.

Ring is beautiful! Granddaughter is thrilled; it’s her birthstone. Ring came when expected; great service.

I received the rings today. They are a little smaller than I was expecting but they will be perfect for the simple not over the top look my wife likes.

Excellent communication from the start, the ring is fantastic. Sent USPS Priority mail, I received it in 2days. It was certainly worth the wait of 4 weeks to create.
