Problem solved
Wrong parts were shipped to me. Once made aware of the error they made it right at no cost to me. Happy to do business with Cdn companies and wish they all dealt with issues like this.

Dwane and his great service
Dwane,
Thank you for the exceptional service during my visit yesterday. I’m from Wisconsin, and every year when I come to Ottawa, Capital BBQ is a must-stop destination. You and the team always greets us with a smile (maybe even a joke), and the store is packed with great value and an impressive selection, from rubs and sauces to pellets and cool grilling gadgets.
I love discovering new items to bring back home, and your knowledgeable, friendly service makes the experience even better. Thanks for all you do, and I’m already looking forward to next year’s visit!
Craig
