Poor Quality and Customer Service
I wasn’t happy with the print on the two scarves I ordered (bad representation on the website). When I reached out twice to customer service for a return label and refund, I never received a response back. It’s disappointing to know their quality and customer service are extremely poor.

Regarding your refund, we did reply to your emails with a partial refund offer to keep the items, but we haven't received a response. If you would still prefer a full return, please reply to our last email and we will arrange it immediately.

Still have not received my package as…
Still have not received my package as of 6/25
I keep getting messages from Delivery Service that they don’t have the correct address. My correct address is on my order. I have emailed them to reinforce this. Supposedly will be delivered today. If not I want to be refunded. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I ordered a scarf on 5/10
I ordered a scarf on 5/10. It still has not arrived and the order status does not tell me when it will arrive. It showed it was in Syracuse 2 days ago (I live near Syracuse). It now shows it is in Florida. I can find no phone number to call you andI started a chat but no one responded.

I received the scarf and it was cheap fabric, very thin and “printed” on one side . I immediately asked to return it. They refuse to take it back for any reason . It is way over priced for what I received. The company does not respond for return requests
