I cannot begin to express how great BC Movers and all the crew have been through out our moving process. From the initial site visit with Tyler for the estimate, to the move out and move in, the whole experience was stellar.

Most importantly, everything that BC Movers promised was delivered and more.
Our move was complex for us as we moved from Vancouver to Victoria with a lag time of five days before we could move into our new home. For this reason, the trucks were loaded, stored in the BC Movers secure facility and then delivered to Victoria five days later.

Initially, we believed that we would be able to fit everything on one five-ton truck but a second one-ton truck was needed. Andy visited us the evening before move-out to reassess everything and ensured that extra trucks, packing materials and moving blankets were at the ready.

Four crew members worked hard (including Tyler, Chava and Andy) to move all of our furniture and belongings out of our three-level home efficiently and with care - including numerous antiques - two notably with antique glass doors. I was most concerned about an antique barristers bookcase. The crew carefully wrapped and loaded the components and it arrived in perfect condition. In fact, absolutely everything arrived in perfect condition.

Chava and Andy delivered the one-ton and five-ton trucks to our new address on the Island and worked hard to unload and ensure that boxes and furniture went where we needed them to be. A bed that they disassembled at move-out was reassembled in its new space.

The crews for move-out and arrival at our new home were punctual (early in fact), helpful and kind.

This company is off the chart in terms of stars - economical and efficient. They deliver on their promises and I am so grateful for their work in making the transition to our new home as seamless as possible.

The team was well organized and worked swiftly and consistently through the 5 hour move. All items were handled with care. I would definitely use their services again!

I highly recommend BC Movers. Tyler sent a really great team of guys, headed by Chava, to move our three bedroom home. We had a lot of stairs at the front of our old house, and quite a few stairs to get into the new house. The guys took it in stride. They worked hard all day, and the move progressed very smoothly. They took great care of our things, and were cheerful and professional the whole day. The move was much easier than I anticipated. And here's the best thing: they did it all for $2000 cheaper than another company who provided me with a quote for the same move.

The whole process was extremely smooth, which I really appreciated as moving is quite a stressful experience. Tyler and his team were punctual, quick and efficient, super careful with my stuff! I really appreciated it

First time using movers, BC movers were recommended by a coworker and they did a fantastic job. Showed up on time, worked hard and efficiently, no damages, and very reasonable with their rates. I would use them again in the future!

Wonderful Service!!! We literally called the day before and had the best experience. Answered all our questions and gave us a reasonable time even with the short notice. They will be our go to for any moving needs! Fantastic!

Don't know where to start--if there were a 10 star rating they would get it from me. Movers went above and beyond what I thought they would do. Much appreciated by a slightly physically impaired senior person. Left the old home and let them come in and do their job over two days. Came on time and worked efficiently for move from one city to another one close by. Electronics carefully packed and made it through safely, as did everything else. Would recommend them VERY HIGHLY!

We have used BC Movers several times now for move outs, storage and move ins. Tyler and team are amazing! They are efficient, take care and attention with your things, on time, reliable and trust-worthy! We would highly recommend them. Last time we mis-placed a box (our fault entirely) and they took time to retrieve it and return it to us. They know how to take things apart for safe travel and bring all the tools needed. We've never lost an item or had anything damaged in 4 moves. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hard workers- no slacking
Nothing broken. They knew what they were doing! They even moved the piano when some others wouldn’t!

This is my second experience with BC Movers. The first experience was excellent, and this was just as good. The guys who did the packing were careful, respectful, and efficient, and when they added a man for the moving and unpacking, they again showed great respect for my belongings, handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and worked closely with me while unpacking to make sure everything was set up and placed exactly where I wanted it. Friendly, responsible, and efficient--highly recommended!

Helped to move my daughter who has disabilities and were extremely helpful. Did the job very quickly and efficiently. Both movers were very kind, hard working and had a good attitude overall. I will use this company again if needed. I definitely recommend it. Its all about the attitude! and the efficiency in the way they worked! 5 Stars for sure!

My $400 chess board was outta the bag and scratched for some reason when I seen it in the bag before the move.

Also my $3000 safe has scratches when it’s brand new and wasn’t covered when dollied or ratchet strapped.

The overall experience was seamless, got a bit unlucky with the traffic and ended up paying for an hour extra. But you get what you paid for Tyler and Gustavo were professional and efficient. Would hire again for sure.

Excellent Gentlemen and ! Very hard working and they all did their job well. Andy, Gustavo, and I believe the third mover was Dave. I would use them again 100%.

Tyler was extremely helpful and informative and always available to answer questions or concerns. The packers arrived on time and did exactly as asked. And the freight shipping was smooth and easy. Tyler facilitated everything and very little was required from me.
