After 3 months i noticed they billed me 3 times for an unwanted membership, this is very misleading and unfair!!! A sneaky way to steal money from people!!!

As much as I had appreciated the communication with the customer service on the delivery of the item purchased, i was really disappointed of not having been informed that on the two items purchased, one of them wasn't shipped.
No information about that but just a reimbursement.
Which is strange as the item not shipped is still listed.
Hopefully the service can be better.
A quite disappointed customer.

Quick delivery, good price but 1 item was missing in the box (plaster).

The fragrances were sent with celerity.
The delivery was then very quick and I received the parcel intact, even if one fragrance was missing because it was out of stock.
A very good experience for me.

Het pakketje was zeer netjes verpakt plus een goede prijs voor de producten maar helaas was er een flesje niet goed afgesloten en was gelekt in het doosje, spijtig. Misschien in de toekomst voor het inpakken aan het stopje draaien van de flesjes, anders was het beslist vijf sterren waard geweest.

Parfum is goed en orgineel ,levering is ook best goed maar ! Ze smeren je een lidmaatschap dat je verplicht moet doen ik ben super blij dat mijn bank deze oplichters heeft geweigerd en geen 15€ is afgetrokken
Ze vragen 15€ per maand voor lidmaatschap die je aangaat wanneer je iets besteld wat een onzin is dit nooit meer kopen via hier ik raad het niet aan ! Dor paar euros goedkoper moet 15€ per maand betalen ja wat en als je vergeten bent uitzetten dan ben je honderden kwijt
