Lovely swimsuit but it was not easy off as advertised and I returned. The return process was difficult and time consuming. I also believe they delete social media comments that are anything other than glowing. Which only makes me likely to comment more about my experience!

So I've purchased my first paddle board! I've got the malibu sky, I also got the spring suit and the hooded towel.
First, I messaged customer service asking which size springsuit to wear at 7.30pm but I got overexcited and just guessed and ordered anyway. They messaged at 9.30pm! I'd actually ordered the wrong size and they amended my order then and there.
It all arrived 2 days later.
I've used all the items twice now, on a tidal river and in the sea.
I've never really paddleboarded before. The board is not only absolutely beautiful but it's so sturdy! I've not fallen, I've been standing up. It handles amazing considering I'm an absolute beginner. I love it!! It's a very reasonable weight to carry, everything fits in the bag well and it all feels really good quality!
The springsuit... well I cannot bare cold water past my waist. I hate it. The springsuit it's brilliant quality and today I SWAM in the sea. I wasn't cold at all, i am a size 10 (but have a mum belly!)and was advised to size up to a 12 and it fits perfectly. I'm so pleased. The towel is also brilliant quality and handy to get changed under.
I cannot describe how pleased I am with it all! If you're considering buying from beachbum... do it! Great board, great accessories and fantastic customer service.

We've been kitted out with paddle boards, brobes, waterbottles, changing towels and spring suits over the years. They have been for family fun, gifts and everyday use throughout the year. Could not recommend enough! From 5 years old to 70s this brand had kept us warm and dry all year. Having tried numerous brands for wild swimming all year, beachbums spring suits are my favourite, the colours, the fit, warmth and movablility these give are phenomenal! Always get excited to see what new products are next!

When I went to order there was an offer on that meant you could receive some extra bits with your board, unfortunately the offer didn’t come up when I added to my cart but almost immediately after speaking to customer support, Max had it solved and added the extras onto my order manually. Shipping took 3 days but Northern Ireland isn’t applicable for next day delivery with anywhere so I can’t fault them for that and I was still really impressed with how fast it arrived!

There are parts of my board around the grip where glue can be seen but it doesn’t affect the board at all and cosmetically, doesn’t bother me at all (as I said, doesn’t change how the board works at all)

Really impressed with Beach bum from start to finish, also really love that they have BNPL options to spread the cost of a larger purchase.
Genuinely so thrilled with their customer service and quality.

Only thing I would ask is to include instructions either with the board or online on how to correctly attach a kayak seat for people who are a bit thick like me and had a hard time figuring it out!!

Got given a paddleboarding bag for Christmas, used it once and it was ripped at the bottom. Tried to contact customer service who were atrocious, took 3 days to get initial response which was “looks like they didn’t use this for one of our paddleboards” so basically shaming me for not having a beachbum board. Since then, no response. VERY unhappy ans will not use again.

It’s fine but disappointing for the price, you’re definitely paying the “pink tax”. The paddle is atrocious and it’s much harder to paddle and steer than any other paddle I’ve ever used. The elastic is slack so doesn’t hold onto anything. I bought my husband a tidal rave at the same time, included all the same stuff but was £40 cheaper and is so so SO much better.
