I asked David to help with calculating two beams to hold up the house, a cantilever beam for the bi-folds and a wooden trimmer beam to hold up part of the flat roof extension. Cost wise whilst he wasn't the cheapest but after chatting with him I was given the confidence that he would be worth the extra 150 or so pounds, and I was proved right. He was responsive to emails, and phone calls, and provided a swift turnaround to help the project not to stall. The calculations passed building regs and the beams are now in place and these were passed by the inspector too. Very please and would recommend.

Well what a easy and great service David was unbelievable helpful with absolutely everything responded fast and effectively and was there for any question went above and beyond absolutely recommended brilliant service.

It was an urgent job, and the drawings were provided very quickly, and at a good price.

We were looking to do a loft conversion but worried about the load on the existing beams added in by the previous owners. I contacted David and he reviewed the details we had via email and gave us some advice. He was very helpful and responsive in his replies.
