Lovely and light hair dryer haven't used it yet hence only 4 stars. Very quick delivery

Had two hair dryers first one faulty. Sent back replaced and that one didn’t work either. Still waiting for my refund. You will have received the dryer back it was tracked 48 and was sent Sunday it’s now Friday

Great work better than any expensive straightner

HiLash Heated Eyelash Curler - I bought this little devide and OH BOY! What a pleasure! I have the most lifted lashes ever. No more going to the salon and pay more than double. Super impressed.

I purchased the Glolift. The site was easy to navigate. I made the purchase and it was delivered very quickly. So far, Beautaholics service has been A1. The product and it's effectiveness isn't something I can comment on, until I've used it for some time.

Purchased a hairdryer some time ago but have lost some accessories. Emailed the company who very promptly sent out replacements. Excellent customer service.

Brilliant postage, excellent hairdryer, very happy with purchase

Straighteners/curler
Vented hair brush

Had to return a faulty hairdryer. No fuss, no dramas, just a new one delivered quickly and efficiently.

Excellent product & very easy to use with brilliant results. Have been looking for something like this for a long time & now I’ve found it. Would definitely recommend.

Great so far..... Ordered and delivered within 3 days. Hairdryer lightweight as described and good quality only used once but so far so good. Time will tell . Not spent this much on hairdryer before so fingers crossed

Great straighteners at affordable price

I bought the twist and curl from Beautaholics and I absolutely love it!.I had great customer service from the company and they helped me with my queries very quick even on a weekend!!

I will be purchasing again and I highly recommend the company

Ordered from this company on two occasions.Bought the light weight hairdryer for my daughter for christmas as she travels a lot and much easier to pack. Bought the wide plate straightners in January as a treat for myself and very happy with them. Fast delivery, and great customer service! Great value for money.

I ordered a lightweight hairdryer from here. Upon receipt it became apparent that it didn’t suit my needs so enquired how to return. The tone that was used in my email was curt. I returned the item at my expense using tracked delivery. After 4 working days I had heard nothing. No reply to my emails. I eventually reported a return through Klarna and only then did something happen. The lack of customer service and attitude shown in my correspondence was certainly lacking. For what is meant to be a family business they certainly don’t seem to have that level of service I would expect. Due to this I will not be shopping with them again.

You can judge a company on how they value customers when things go wrong. In this instance I was highly disappointed.
