Appalling but eventually got refunded
Appalling item doesn’t work I asked them to collect it they would not send courier label just asking for a video of it not working what’s the point of that if it did something then stopped I could understand
Looking at other reviews I would simply say avoid this company I am now out off pocket by 200 pounds
With a junk foot spa.and to warn everyone the spa comes with a two pin plug which is illegal in the uk no earth and the item has water in it 👎
Update they sent a lovely reply saying if there’s any further help just contact us so I did and got no response I want a refund and want an explanation why you are selling two pin electric items in the uk with no earth it’s dangerous!,
After being promised a refund and weeks of chasing every few days I did eventually receive a full refund
Would I use this company again no

I have ordered diamond…
I have ordered diamond microdermabrasion machine and facial masks. Paid for express delivery, had to contact beautifly as didn't receive shipping confirmation for days. After enquiry the order has been shipped, but received only microdermabrasion device, no face masks... Did send the enquiry to customer service, but had no reply... I have had microdermabrasion treatments before, and must say that the heads are not sharp enough, too smooth, and it basically does nothing to your skin what microdermabrasion should do. It only provides a bit of suction so you only get limfatic drainage. Very disappointed, and would not recommend to anyone.
