I’ve been going to Beautology for several years now due to acne (which I no longer have!) and the results and lovely team keep me coming back! I had a Microneedling procedure with aesthetician Honey at the Emerson’s green clinic and she was amazing throughout. Highly recommend

The staff are very polite and the results are better than expected the procedure is explained very clearly with very good value I would recommend them very highly. Thank you very much for your excellent work.

I had another fabulous facial today with Ghazala. We have been on a skincare journey together and I am so pleased with the results. Her knowledge is vast and she always comes up with a new treatment or products that improve my skin and keep it glowing. It’s never boring. It’s always relaxing. And I can see the results. I will not be giving up my monthly facials anytime soon! It’s called Mytime for a reason. Thank you to the whole team.

Do not use this company they keep taking payments after you have requested to cancel and refuse to give you a refund
Thanks for your reply as you know fully well we came in to cancel six months ago and your staff member filled out the cancelation form unknown to us they paused but conveniently forgot to tell us that part instead of the requested cancelation and another months payment was taken in feb which you have refused to refund even though it was your mistake so as i said earlier do not use this company they will take money and not refund

I’ve been going to Beautology for their monthly 60-minute facial package for the past 4 months and I absolutely love it. The results have been incredible — my skin has improved so much and feels healthier and more radiant then ever. The staff are always so lovely, friendly, and welcoming. Making the whole experience is comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. It’s something I genuinely look forward to every month. Highly recommend! Also laser on site so can double up your appointments and 2 in 1!

As a My time member I look forward to my regular appointments to hopefully maintain my mature skin to look its best. Holly did a stronger peel this time which helped with fine lines & dryness.

Professional and well equipped salon with loads of treatment options. Their membership plan means you pay a certain set amount and get access to a range of treatment options which you can then discuss with your esthetician. My treatments are with Anjali and she has been great. I believe there is an online platform to review your skin progress as well, though I personally haven't used it.

My only note about the clinic in general is that the staff does seem to be asked to upsell (buy product x or upgrade to treatment y), which I suppose is normal and possibly to be expected, but it can get a little jarring if you struggle with those kind of situations. However, ever since I mentioned this to Anjali she has been understanding and respectful of this.

Worst company I know, customer service does not respond. My advice: buy elsewhere.

I had my second electrolysis bar removal treatment with Holly on the 15th and it went incredibly well.
She was very polite, and meticulous with the process. The outcome a week after has been excellent. I would recommend.

I joined Beautology under a monthly membership with the clear promise that I could pause or cancel anytime with one month’s notice. When I tried to pause my membership, I wasn’t given the correct instructions straight away, and their delayed replies caused me to miss their “cut-off date” despite contacting them in advance.

After forcing me to pay another month, they booked me new appointments for October and even November. Then, when I turned up to my appointment, they refused to treat me saying I had stopped paying — even though they had taken the money.

When I said I wouldn’t pay again, the beautician suddenly changed the story and said she would do it “for free because you came all the way from Newport”. At that point I already felt extremely uncomfortable with their attitude, so I left — and an hour later I received a £25 ‘no-show’ charge, even though I was physically there on time.

Unprofessional, inconsistent, and borderline abusive behaviour.
Definitely not recommended — avoid memberships here.
