I had an incredible experience with Beauty Butler from start to finish.

First, I want to recognize the people who made this experience so special. Nurse JernJern and Nurse Coffee were absolutely amazing caregivers. Preaw gave the BEST lymphatic drainage massages—something I genuinely looked forward to every time. They were so relaxing and always made me feel incredible. Fai was a huge help throughout the process, and Joy has been there from day one, guiding and supporting me every step of the way.

My surgeon, Dr. Note, went above and beyond. He and my anesthesiologist came to my hotel room multiple times to check on me. That level of care is something I’ve never experienced before. It truly felt like healthcare here is about caring for people, not just running a business. After surgery, the last thing you want to do is get dressed, get in a car, and go to appointments. Having the medical team come to you so you can rest and heal makes such a difference.

Beauty Butler handled everything. I never had to arrange transportation, schedule appointments, or wonder what was happening next. They coordinated every detail—cars, appointments, garments—and escorted me to and from every visit. They came to my hotel to check wounds and change dressings, and when I developed a cough after surgery, my surgeon personally brought me cough medicine and drops—no charge.

They also checked in with me every single morning and every evening, and responded quickly to my (many!) WhatsApp questions. I never felt alone or unsure about anything.

What really stood out is how much pride everyone at Beauty Butler clearly takes in their work and in the company. You can feel it in every interaction. Every detail is handled with care, and nothing feels rushed or overlooked. Jane, in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. It truly feels like a team of people who care deeply about doing a great job—and it shows. Every single person delivered a job exceptionally well done.

The pricing process was just as straightforward. I submitted my photos, they were reviewed by Dr. Note, and he recommended procedures. I chose the one I wanted—no pressure, no upselling, no “you should add this.” The price quoted was exactly what I paid. No hidden fees, no surprises.

For context, I’m 57 years old. After a C-section in 2001, I was left with an apron of skin. Years of IV steroids for asthma caused my weight to increase to 204. Over the past couple of years, I worked hard to get down to 117 and maintained that weight for 8 months before surgery. While I loved how I looked in clothes, I wanted to truly see my results and remove the excess skin.

Pain-wise, waking up from surgery was more intense than I expected. However, after the first pain injection, it was completely manageable. One thing I really appreciated about the approach here is that they don’t overload you with narcotic pain medication. You are comfortable, but still aware enough to move carefully and respect the healing process. It helps you avoid overdoing it, and you also avoid the foggy feeling and digestive issues that often come with heavy narcotics. After leaving the hospital, Tylenol and anti-inflammatory medication were more than enough.

An added touch that shows they care are simple things like bringing you flower arrangements and sweet treats. It’s the personal touches.

This experience exceeded every expectation. The care, organization, transparency, and genuine compassion made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Beauty Butler to anyone considering surgery in Thailand.

I approached a few cosmetic surgery companies initially, but it was an easy decision to proceed with Azamai Medical. The two ladies I dealt with, Diana and Jan held my hand every step of the way. I had very quick responses to my questions, video consultations with surgeons arranged quickly and various options were provided to fit within my budget. All transport from and to the airport was arranged as well as transport to doctor visits, so I just had to show up. They kept in touch with me daily and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their service is great. I would have no hesitation using this company again.

Azami arranged dental work for me, I had my teeth fully restored, several fillings and whitening at a fraction of the cost in my home country, what took my previous dentist 3 years to still not achieve was completed in 2 visits, everything was arranged for me, would highly recommend using Azami for a brilliant and professional service!

It has been really pleasant to deal with Diana from Azami Medical. She has been very helpful with relaying my concerns to the relevant individuals involved with my breast augmentation. The transaction has been really smooth. Jan from Azami Medical as well was also really kind to visit me at my hotel to accompany me for the pre-op test when she thought I came alone (I was with my partner) and she helped communicate with the staffs in the hospital to make the process seamless for me. 100% would recommend to those looking for cosmetic work done and not sure which clinic/doctor/surgeon to go to!

I had an upper eyelid (blepharoplasty) surgery on May 24th. I was a long period for me to decide to have it until I had the chance to contact with Mrs.Diana. Everything has changed as the time I found her. Before I consult Mrs.Diana I had spent lots of tllome to find the right doctor and right clinic but I was co confused. Mrs. Diana is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. She spent alot of time with me and she was always to the point . I feel lucky to have the chance to know her.
