I ordered the male Issey Miyake…
I ordered the male Issey Miyake deodorant spray, but what arrived was clearly the female version. This is a basic failure in product accuracy, and frankly, a sign of poor stock control or careless fulfillment. I don’t have the time to go through the hassle of returns or exchanges—especially for something as straightforward as ordering a specific product.
This reflects a lack of respect for the customer’s time and for basic standards in sales and quality assurance. Very disappointing. I won’t be ordering from you again ….

We would like to clarify that the item you ordered — Issey Miyake Deodorant Spray — is clearly listed on our website as the female version. All male fragrances from Issey Miyake are distinctly labelled as “L’Eau D’Issey Pour Homme.” It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the product selection at the time of purchase.
That said, we’re disappointed you didn’t reach out to us directly before leaving your review. We would have been more than happy to assist you and arrange a return and full refund for any unused items.
