SCAM. Ordered conditioner with next day delivery before their cutoff, and the next day came with no updates on the order. I messaged their WhatsApp and didn't receive a reply until the day after that, where they wrote this whole paragraph about Royal Mail attempting delivery twice 2 full days before I ever placed my order!! When I corrected them with screenshots of when my order was placed, radio silence. I will be reversing the charge with my bank. This is a scam website.

Double pack American Crew Deep Moisturising Shampoo &Conditioner. Ordered 15/01/26 received 19/01/26 but wrong Shampoo Daily Cleansing Shampoo arrived. Sent email immediately explaining. On 20/01/26 they asked for images of shampoo and said would resolve ASAP I returned with rtn label sent. On 24/01/26 I wrote again saying 5 days in and still no replacement. 25/01/26 They sent asking for return tracking number and for me to confirm reason for return. I again explained. 27/01/26 I asked for confirmation of returned shampoo. And where was the replacement. 27/01/26 they advised product received but to customer Service Point and not there warehouse. But they sent the return label. On the 3/02/26 There replacement arrived and guess what they returned the Same wrong Shampoo Daily Cleaning Shampoo and not The Daily moisturising Shampoo as originally ordered. Looked on there web site and correct Shampoo out of stock. So options were start all over again or just suck it up and forget it and order from a better retailer. Chose that option. Reason for 1 STAR review.

I paid for next day delivery and received a confirmation email. However, after attempting to make contact via the advertised telephone number which does not ring and messaging the whatapps number I am still yet to receive any contact back and have not received any tracking information. Utterly disgraceful!

This is the second review for the company that has now addressed the issue of a delivery that didn't occur. At least I hope they have.
I have been offered a free item for the one that didn't arrive before Christmas. I am happy with this; it's a shame this wasn't offered in the first place before I left a poor review.

Beautykick kindly appologised after my complaint and also gave me a partial refund.
