Beaverbrooks - Cambridge Avaliações

Friendly staff, made purchasing my item a good experience, would recommend to friends and family.

Our recent visit to Beaverbrooks in Cambridge was a really nice experience. The staff welcomed us into the store and were very friendly. Sola offered hot drinks and spent a long time helping us choose an eternity ring. She was knowledgeable and engaging, and made a real effort to make our visit enjoyable. We went back 2 weeks later (no appointment) to collect the ring and she remembered our names instantly. Very impressed!

Sola and the rest of the team who supported me over the few times I came in were all amazing!

I went to several Jewellery stores but Sola was the only person to actively seek me out to offer support. She was very patient and made all the difference.

Thank you. Brilliant service and ongoing assistance

My Wife lost an earring, fortunately we had taken out there insurance. They were replaced within a week.

Staff at the Cambridge branch were excellent.

Highly recommend.

Lovely assistant served me. Nice and welcoming in the foyer. Comfortable seating for viewing jewellery. Offered tea or coffee. Showed me matching earrings to possibly purchase with necklace, good sales technic. Offered insurance on jewellery I purchased.

We have visited this store to buy necklace for my brother's girlfriend. Miss. Sola assisted to chose the best option. She was so kind and helpful. Thank you Sola and the store itself for everything they have done for us. Amazing store and I will recommend my family and friends.
