When visiting the store in Trafford Centre. I was approached by member of staff who was very polite and asked how could they help and i explained which model watch i was interested to view . She then took me to an another member staff his name was Moriane who a store watch specialist. Moriane was extremely helpful and sat me down offered myself and my wife drinks then brought over the watch and went through the working of the model . He was very professional and knew the working of the model and history of the brand . I was extremely happy with his professional way of handling the sale and made my decision to purchase . I would highly recommend anyone who would be looking to purchase to visit the store as Moriane showed great knowledge and experienced of watches not only him all the rest of the staff seem to be friendly.

Very nice sales lady who took her time to listen to what I was interested and show me what was there. She helped me try it and explained about similar products she had.

The assistant was quick to understand my needs didnt try to oversell any other products that were offered. Beautifully wrapped the watch as it was a birthday gift for my husband. Nothing felt rushed lije a lot of places do once u decide to buy. It was a lovely relaxed yet professional service. Will definitely choose this store again. Very helpful when making my choice. What a wonderful experience we had at Beaverbrooks in the Trafford Centre!

We visited to purchase our watches and also had my jewellery cleaned while we were there. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely fantastic – warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely attentive.

As a full-time powered wheelchair user, I particularly appreciate businesses where accessibility and inclusion come naturally. I was made to feel completely welcome, comfortable and valued, without my disability being made an issue. That may seem like a small thing to some, but believe me, it makes a world of difference!

The team took their time with us, nothing was too much trouble, and the whole experience felt personal rather than simply another sale.

We absolutely love our new watches, and having my jewellery beautifully cleaned was an added bonus!

Customer service like this deserves recognition. It’s not just about the beautiful jewellery and watches – it’s about how you make people feel.

A huge thank you to the wonderful Trafford Centre team. You’ve certainly earned our recommendation, and we’ll happily return!
