Can’t even put the right items in the order bag, poor and costly return process, items not great quality

Bearing this risk in this case is on the client's side, unlike it is becoming a standard with more and more online retailers that they bear this risk. I bought cargo trousers whose size was described as XL and the waist circumference was 36". They turned out to be much too short, so I had to return them.

My order [#BH1034] was paid in Total £19.94 GBP, but Total amount refunded: £10.04 GBP 😏

Used to be my go to clothing brand but now its seems they have been taken over as they changed clothing designs, dont have the beck name on most of them anymore, no more deals like 3 tops for £25 and clothing is now becoming more expensive. You could get more for your money here but they are becoming more of a high street brand its a shame i did find a little gem with good products and good pricing but i will have to look elsewhere
