The experience I had is worth more than 5 stars. The care and support was there from the 1st initial message. Jodie was lovely and made me feel so relaxed. Having only spoken with her over the phone it felt like talking to a trusted friend. She had my best interests, and worked with me to find the solution that suited my life best. Would highly recommend.

The company have been amazing! since the first communication they put my mind at ease, no judgment just good solid advice in terms I could understand and my advisor Jack Corry talked me through the process, answered any questions I had and made this whole situation feel like there was finally light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I would highly recommend anyone in my situation just take that first step and give them a call.

I spoke to an advisor called Jodie done she reassured me all through the call as I was literally burying my head in the sand about my bills and situation it has take me nearly six months of spiralling debt to finally pluck up the courage to speak to someone about my problems and ask about any and all solutions I was scared and apprehensive but Jodie was amazing throughout the call asking many times if I was ok and if I needed anything explaining I would absolutely recommend her to anybody she has the right mix of being kind caring listening and practical

Rebecca Hayes has been very helpful in guiding my and giving my all available options and supporting me in my decision. She has been understanding and I am forever greatful to her for even taking the time to just listen.

Rebecca, please know that you are doing more than just a job...you are helping people like me get out life back in order and lessening our financial burden.

Lewis was so helpful and understanding, I’m sat crying now with relief I was paying nearly 800 a month out with debt and now I will be paying 120 I was scared to this but I am so glad I did- thanks Lewis I will sleep well tonight! 🙏🏻😊

Disappointed....
I had high hopes but have just gone onto my Ebengate Portal (the IVA company that oversees everything) and it says my application has been cancelled.
I have tried for two days to contact the woman I was dealing with and she has not responded.
I also had many questions that came back from my initial application where the first person I spoke with had put in CSA payments (my youngest son is 20 years old) and why was I getting these (I never once said this, so completely fabricated on my application)
It would appear I am now back to square one, but in an even worse position than I was before I started. I am at my wits end, stressed and feel completely let down.
No explanation or anything. Now just being ghosted.
Feel like playing in traffic. Can't believe I got sucked in.

I can't fault my experience so far with this firm.
I dealt with Rebecca Hayes who was kind, respectful and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding my best course of action.
I was embarrassed and ashamed of the state of my debt but there was no judgement from Rebecca and I felt really confident with her advice.
I am still in the early stages, but so far I can happily say 10/10!!

Honestly Jack Corry went above and beyond for me and helped me out so much, I am so grateful for all the help her provided me with!

I was really worried about my situation, and didn't know where to turn with everything that was happening. I was put in contact with Jodie D and she was so supportive and helpful for the whole experience. From start to finish I have felt listened to and not judged for my situation.
