First class sevce top product sleep like a log what else can you say....

The bed I bought was excellent value for money the only slight drawback was I ordered the bed and it did not come on they expected date nobody contacted to let me know i then give it another couple of days and phoned them on a Friday to find out what was happening my bed was left with the couriers in storage overnight and I did not get it till Monday because it was a weekend but once I did phone them They sorted it straight away and I got it early Monday morning which was good service in the end

Ordered a memory foam matress topper. The product came within the delivery time and we are very pleased with the quality. we would purchase again from this company.

Excellent service. Ordered mattress topper on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday, Yodel delivery. Very impressed. Customer service helpful and polite. Excellent value for money. Would recommend

Placed order paid delivery due day before not heard anything so finally managed to get phone answered by them item not in stock. No refund given poor excuses only do refunds Monday, waiting for boss to give code - raised with PayPal thankfully no reply from beds net Paypal ruled in my favour. 4wks item still out of stock and they still accepting orders.

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a bed asked for my preferred delivery date. Then was informed could not deliver that date, said not committed to that date as only my preferred not guaranteed! I asked why offer it if my preference is ignored? Cancelled order on the 8th of February and was promised a refund within a couple of days. Eventually got my money back via PayPal today 22nd February after I'd logged a complaint about this awful company. Luckily for me I kept all copies of emails where they kept promising my refund but never honoured. Avoid like the plague. Buy better from a reputable company.

After reading all the awful reviews that this company has received we were wondering if we were even going to get anything for our money. After placing our order for a single ottoman bed and mattress we heard nothing for 3 days I sent an email asking if they had received our order and I received a reply straight away saying that they would be in touch 3 days later I received a call saying that they would be delivering our bed the following day between 11.00 and 15.00 and they arrived at 12.00 that day. It wasn’t until that evening we were able to remove all the packaging and have a proper look but after doing so we found that everything was there and the bed and mattress appear to be of good quality so despite all the negative feedback from others we are more than happy with the product and the service we received from beds.net

Placed an order recieved the bed with parts missing and had screws, feet and clamps missing, tried to get in contact but no answer on phone as everytime you select an option it just end and for email got told that parts would be coming a week ago, emailed for an update and nothing, as if they didn't even want to know. I just ended up going to local bed centre and just buying parts instead. Do not reccomend, beds aren't of very good quailty, ordered a memory foam matress and recieved a spring mattress instead, you get what you pay for, could of probably got better in B&M.

I ordered bed and mattress, paid fully and supposed to be delivered yesterday. My order was not delivered, later yesterday 10th, I received a voicemail from the company that delivery will be made today, this morning, I received a text message stating “we regret to inform you your bed/mattress delivery has been delayed due to a damaged item. We will contact you again to re arrange your delivery. I called the company yesterday and today, the phone automatically rejected my options. I have reported them to PayPal and trading standards, I’ll also report to my bank. They are fraudulent company. Don’t buy from them.

Do not trust this company !!! Have taken 769£ for 3 beds which were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago.Can’t get through to them,no one is answering or responding via email.Have called bank and will report to trading standards

what can I say. I ordered a divan bed and chose the option to pay cash on delivery. After 5 weeks of being told it was out for delivery the next day or the woman saying delivery was attempted at the weekend, the man saying they don't deliver weekends I was told that because its cash on delivery they are struggling to find a driver and I'd be better off paying over the phone and they would have a courier deliver it. 2 weeks later still no bed and they refuse a refund. im now going through my bank to get the money back. stay clear if this company.

Don’t order a divan from this company it was less then a month old and it’s collapsing in on it self I emailed them and they asked for photos and said they would refund or exchange which I agreed too but then they wouldn’t reply to my emails so when they answered finally they asked me all over again what was wrong even though it was the same person AVoid don’t use this company I may as well of paid extra from a reputable company but I would have a bed that will last me years rather then months !!!!

The website gives the impression that this is a large company with a customer service department, it really isn't. After placing an order online I phoned up to confirm that everything had gone through OK and after some time managed to speak to a rude, irate man who told me the bed wasn't in stock and I would receive a refund. I eventually got my money back but only after starting a claim via my bank.
Don't even consider buying from this company.

I made a order goods did not turn up. I had no call or email to say order will not take place and had to phone them to be told they did not have goods. I have still not received a refund despite being told I would. Have contacted bank for help to get back payment. I will be contacting trading standards and police to class as fraud.

Please do not trust this company. They don’t answer phone and there is no way you can email them. I will be referring them for fraud investigation as my order has not arrived

My account was debited on Friday, but I have no order confirmed. Nobody is answering the phone lines which timeout after 20 rings.
Emailed and chatline - no response either

Order arrive quickly but the items are not the greatest of quality. You get what you pay for.
