We purchased our own home and wanted new beds due to the good reviews and a NZ company I chose Beds4u
I purchased a king, queen and double and they are good quality well priced and the service was fantastic from ordering on line to the delivery

The ordering process online was easy
The ordering process online was easy. There was a problem that arose and after a few emails and phone calls it was sorted with no problems. When going into the store the staff were friendly and helpful.

I received the wrong mattress
I received the wrong mattress. I tried two different ones and got the soft mattress. I didn't want springs it had to be light so I can tuck sheet and blankets in and SOFT. What I got delivered was a heavy bed so no making the bed, and hard so I wake feeling bruised, and yes it has spring. But the real kick in the pants is, it's not NZ made.

When you visited our store for the first time, there was no mention of a preference for a foam mattress, or a New Zealand Made required. Our sales consultant provided all relevant information on the mattress which you liked, to which you agreed. You wanted the floor model on an “as is” basis, which is why we provided it to you.
We always strive to provide the best service to our customers and have tried our utmost to assist you. Unfortunately, On your second visit, you declined to wait the two weeks needed for a new soft mattress to be made, as we had discussed on 8th of July.
We value your business and regret any inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us directly if there's anything further we can do to assist you.

I love beds 4u they are so awesum they have a layby system if you choose to layby instead of finance i had natasha shes lovely i wanted decent bed for my grandaughter had trouble finding right shop right price friendly online staff my son and his wife bought bed from beds 4 u they said they were lovely and helpful so i went to them and never looked back best ever buy and i will be buying my next one soon beds ,4 u best place to go you wont regret it flexible prices payment options and incredible staff like natasha

A great shopping experience
The salesman was knowledgeable of styles of bed that would suit us, and considerate of my husbands needs as a result of PTSD. A week later I purchased two dressers online and that experience was good also.
The delivery men rate a mention also. They were pleasant and efficient.
All in all a great shopping experience.
