Order a bed on the 6 July 2021, Bedznextday said that my bed would be delivered on 22 July or 23 July 2021.
But nothing was delivered, sent numerous emails to this company, and had NO replies to my emails.
This company customer service is non existence.
on the 28 July had an email saying they cancelled my order.
I would have preferred to give a minus rating for this company. All there staff need to go on a customer service course. Avoid like covid 19.....even if you have been vaccinated.

Just not great quality at all. Ordered two single divans with draws. Two mattresses arrived as well witch I thought was just an all in one price since I had noticed a couple of minor defects before unwrapping beds so assumed the price included them.
First the driver was alone and needed help. He didn't offer to help me upstairs just dumped them in the living room. After getting the mattress upstairs I started trying to get the bed up the stairs and got it stuck. I then got a phone call from the driver saying the mattresses were not mine which was fine but he then had the cheek to ask me to get them outside ready for pick up. I told him I wouldn't get them past the bed on the stairs and would need help. When he got here he charged past the bed went and got the mattresses literally forced them past the bed instead of offering to help me get it up and ripped down art stencils that were on the wall with the mattresses because of how tight the gap between the bed and the wall was. Now not even two months on after all that and seeing how poor quality the beds are on finishing touches both bed bases have now collapsed in different places which I now have to pay to fix and reinforce the other parts so they don't also go. For over 200 ponds a bed (sale price) I'm really not happy or impressed. I should not be needing to look for replacements less then two months in.

Ordered a double bed with new mattress and headboard Saturday morning. Once ordered I contacted the company just to let them know I wouldn’t be home Thursday due to me having a baby. They were really understanding and got back to me straight away and told me it would be delivered Wednesday. The day before delivery I got a confirmation email of the bed being delivered the next day with the delivery drivers name and number. Wednesday arrived, got a phone call 30 minutes before arrival to let me know that it’s on it’s way and they wouldn’t be long. Delivery driver arrived and helped me move the bed frame, mattress and headboard into my front room, was really friendly. I couldn’t rate this company anymore. Quick delivery, friendly staff. Would use again and definitely recommend

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Do not touch them!

My divan bed arrived with a couple of detail incorrect, the headboard was different and it had bling buttons instead of matching fabric ones, but we were so relieved to have our new bed we decided to let it go as it was a fair bargain and arrived fast and easy. However on our first night off sleep trying the new mattress it was then we discovered it definitely was not an orthopedic one, I need this for my health and my partner doesn't, he was the first to complain and remained in bed less then an hour, I stayed a lil longer trying to remain hopeful it's just new mattress feel. I messaged Bedznextday at 4.30am to say "Look I can't believe this is a orthopaedic mattress, I need this for my physical health due to hip and knee issue, it's not had anyone in direct contact with he fabric could we arrange a exchange for the memory foam" ....they agreed after a few email exchanges, however it took a wrong delivery of another bed base, then delivery of the same wrong mattress, constant mis dates and booking days off work to pick up said wrong mattress and then a month battle to just get a refund due to over two month battle to get the exchange sorted, they deal with external delivery companies and one even said you just shouldn't have bothered with these, they always get call back for products and never deliver correct information. I finally got my refund after I said I would go to the trading standards, only then did they finally, after many (at least 5) lies about issued refunds and 3 days of being in my bank account give my money back for the mattress, I still have the bed base, I was so stressed I didn't bother to argue the fact they delivered the wrong headboard in the first place too, I didn't have the mental energy.
Do not spend your money here!!!!!

Where do I start? Delivery driver turned up on Monday, checked van, no bed inside. Rang CS, they said they'd have to speak to manager and would call me back that day and assured me bed would be with me on Tuesday. Neither happened. I chased on Tuesday, CS said they would need to speak to manager...finally called me back to say that delivery driver had attempted delivery but no one in. Unbelievable. My CCTV and the ten minute chat I had with the guy at my door begs to differ. No apology and no explanation for the mix up. Got fed up and cancelled order and was told I'd receive my refund within 72hrs. Guess what I still haven't received?.. Utter shambles. Might be fine when you get what you're promised but should you need any support you'll be out of luck, based on my experience. Wish I'd read the reviews on here and paid attention to their responses. Crazy that a company thinks that's appropriate way to speak to people they've let down.

Ordered a Divan bed and mattress, delivered less than 48 hours later. Delivery Driver was polite and helpful and the bed and mattress are high quality. Very happy teenager

Unfortunately I have had a bad service from this company. I was told several times that my order would be arriving and nothing ever appeared. I asked for a refund on the 18th June because of the lack of items arriving, I was then copied into an email from the delivery company saying they do not deliver to my address which was told to Bedznextday on Tuesday 15th June!

I was told my refund was processed on 18th via email and would be with me within 3 working days. Today (24th June) still no money. I called and was told the refund hadn't even been processed!!!! Such a waste of time as I could have ordered a bed from another company by now.

Ordered a bed and mattress, arrived a day late but kept up to date with everything. Bed is amazing and mattress it’s heavenly.
Will defo recommend this company and will be using again.

Highly recommend. Ordered a bed base yesterday. Was delivered by lunchtime today. Communication was great and the delivery driver was helpful and efficient.

I would give no stars if I was able to as this is absolutely the worse company I've ever came across and will be reporting to trading standards!

I ordered a mattress from this company and they had attempted delivery with the wrong mattress that was £300 cheaper than the one I ordered.

I got a new delivery days as it was a 2 day delivery slot plus a number for the man that was delivering. I emailed to say I wouldn't accept 2 days as I had already lost a days wage for the 1st delivery which was pointless so I requested a particular day out of them both I was giving which I had no reply from them I tried ringing over and over again with no one answering then managed to get contact of the owner which he confirmed the date with me so again I took and unpaid day off work!

The day of delivery i had no contact for the mattress so I rang the number I was giving for the purpose of information about it to be greeted with verbal abuse and most importantly he did not have my delivery as so many other customers as he had many of us ringing him. I spoke to the owner again to put a complaint it to him then go on how he's shouted at the driver gave him a verbal warning he's handing him a writing warning and how i would have to wait another 2 days as he was sacking that driver (pretty sure by law he can not share the steps he's taking with an employee) i explained i was already 2 days worth of wages down as a result he apologised and said he will be back in contact with an off of some money back and confirmed with another delivery date so again I took another day off so day 3 I rang and rang the office as time was getting on for delivery no answer wasn't able to get contact with the owner!

Then 6pm came bang order cancelled with no explanation!

£300 loss in wages with no new mattress absolute joke I should learnt my lesson the first time back in Feb but I took their word It was first time they sent the wrong order out and it was due to the pandemic!

STAY AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY!

THEY SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO TRADE THEY ARE A HORRIBLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE!

If I could rate this company 0 I would. Awful awful awful. Ordered a mattress for a friend and had no idea when it would arrive or if. They turned off reviews on Facebook. I had to keep calling for updates and took ages to get the mattress as they have 1 driver. They take on more orders than they can commit to. Shocking. Avoid

AVOID at all costs! Horrible experience with this company. They are full of false promises. They delivered me the wrong bed on the wrong day, I had to wait over a week after that for the bed I actually ordered to come. They kept promising me it would be delivered on a certain day but it never came (on my days off work) I had to basically beg them for my bed in the end and the only way to get noticed was to mention trading standards. The guy promised me a part refund.. I've had my bed 3 weeks no refund was ever applied, they even had the cheek to phone me and ask me to leave a GOOD REVIEW! Just look at the reviews and how cheeky they speak to customers who have left a bad review.. too add since yous have replied to my review and I can't reply back. You need to stop being cheeky to your customers it's shocking customer service you need to be shut down. You only reply to the bad reviews on here. Didn't expect a refund as a review on here has already stated you are full of false promises. Asking too much? from a company who are nothing but MONEY GRABBERS I don't think so. Cheeky little man!!!

Very happy with my bed. Customer service couldn't do enough for me.

Ordered a mattress and after one night it was sagging in the middle. However they exchanged for a new mattress within a couple of days. Customer service was great, they followed up and called to check the new mattress was suitable and I was happy with the exchange. Would definitely buy from them again.

My 4th order with this company brilliant service brilliant communication and brilliant value for money in the bed and number of mattresses I have chosen and recieved .. the communication I recieved was out standing and someone was other end of the phone for any questions I had the workers couldn’t do enough to help and the delivery driver was brilliant I’ll defo be ordering again soon 5* from me thank u very much brilliant service 💕

Excellent service, had a problem wiv the ottoman gas struts but was at hand and called me off his mobile to sort out, was all sorted very quickly and bed and mattress is lovely and comfy. 5star.

I love my new bed ... the fabric I chose looks lovely ... it's really comfortable ... and it arrived within days. Excellent service.

Avoid at all costs left my 76 year old mother with no bed supposed to be delivered by 3pm today they texted at 3pm today to say they will deliver on Tuesday and the cheek to charge £100 delivery she had got rid of her old bed to make room for the new one needless to say we’ve cancelled bunch of clowns
