Recently shopped online and my experience was not too good. I received my parcel, rest of the things were fine the colour was same, the cloth was of the quality they promised but the cloth for trouser was less than even the standard cloth measurement used! It was hardly 1.5m whereas the standard measurement is at least, i repeat AT LEAST 2 meters. My tailor saw the cloth for trouser they gave and told me that its even lesser than the minimum standard and that it is so very hard for him to take out a 37/38 inch trouser from it. Very disappointing behaviour from a brand having international clients, beech tree's in store service is so excellent, ive been shopping from the for quiet a while but their online service was so very disappointing at least follow the standard cloth measurements please!

Suit I ordered,it is having very bad colour and whole of the colour got fade even before stitching

Very bad experience. The quality of fabric very poor.A huge color difference in fabric, shirt color is change from trouser color.After first wash even without detergent color is faded andappeae in unequal patching. The fabric quality is cheaper then local market fabrics color change after just one wash.

I went Pakistan recently and feel in love with the store, the staff were an addition but fabulous.
The clothing range is unique but stunning.
The fabric is also very beautiful and the little fine details just blow me away.
Since the visit I have brought a lot of clothing and on my return home to uk, I continue to order.
Breechtree never had failed me nor my family.
You want unique, good quality clothing then Beech tree is the place.
On this note, I don’t believe the fake comments below, I believe they have made them up.
I am a genuine person who hardly gives review until it has exceptional standards and this store was!

Ordered on 7th January. Items came in multiple shipment and one of the items was never delivered.

Totally pathetic logistics. Do NOT recommend at all.

I bought salwars online on October 10th and They still haven't delivered.I keep writing to them and getting only an ottomated reply saying
"Hi! We are extremely very sorry for the hassle caused, that’s not the experience want you to have, and want you to feel this way. We have raised your concern for priority resolution please allow us some time to get this checked at our end. Thank you."
After that no Action has been taken.Its a International delivery.So i paid extra also.I don't recommend them.Please don't purchase from beachtree pk.

I bought clothes and they gave the paper with charges it is their right to give paper bags if someone buy something from them and I request them to give paper bags for free

This has to be Pakistan's most absurd brand. Other than Beechtree, I haven't experienced any problems with any other brands. First, they didnt deliver my clothes because their driver intentionally stole it and marked it delivered. Second, six out of the nine suits I ordered were delivered when the driver was located. 3 out of 6 are still unaccounted for. The customer service is so trash that couldn’t even properly check if the refund had been paid or not. It took them a month and a half to send me an email with the refund, once received only to find out that the amount was not even equal to the cost of any of my dresses. The customer service is so bad that they were unable to even properly verify if the refund had been paid or not. What grounds has the money been reimbursed? So pathetic.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!
OVERCHARGED.
Different price on the tag and overcharged at the counter. When asked why, the staff member mumbled something about some tax being added on.
Price tag : 7,990.00
Charged : 8,230.00
If it wasn't for my daughter I would have left the clothes there, but unfortunately she wanted them, so I didn't want to disappoint her.
Please be aware of this when shopping at this store.
I have the receipt and price tags as proof.
The worst thing is, there is a No return and No refund policy at the store printed on a piece of paper stuck to the wall at the back of the counter. But NO warning about the over charging scam they have in place.

I ordered the clothes in red colour and didn't get the same. it is totally different from the picture shown on website i am really disappointed from beechtree as they didn't send me the same color of product.

Fabric of clothes is of very poor quality. Their shoes are also extremely uncomfortable. Waste of money.

I have been shopping with beechtree for some time now, I must say their fabric quality, colours and pret designs are absolutely beautiful, reasonably priced. It's a delight to wear their kurtas. Very happy overall.

Had a great experience of shopping here.. Their product quality and fabric is good.
