Sue K is just brilliant!
Sue K at Beercocks has been so fantastic during the sale of our house, and provided an oasis of calm during a testing time. Sue has been diligent at chasing answers at every step, and has been a trusted contact for us. Sue’s knowledge and experience has really been key with our experience at Beercocks - Sue has helped me with so many questions, queries and advice and worked so hard to help us to achieve dates and agreements in a concise, professional and prompt manner. I have really enjoyed speaking with Sue and can attest to the asset she is for Beercocks.

Beercocks have been excellent throughout the process, giving clear and timely information and advice. Their communication during the process was very good, giving us instant notices of the viewers appointments and quick feedback afterwards. Friendly and helpful. Very pleased with their service.

I booked a late viewing with Katrina at a house I had seen online the night before, I had travelled 80 miles to see the house & Katrina made sure it did not disappoint, she was very welcoming & polite from the moment she opened the door, she offered us to look around at our leisure but ended up doing the whole tour with us selling us every room as we went by, she knew everything about the house we wanted to know & answered all our questions with ease.
Following the viewing I called Sarah to put in an offer, she could not have been more friendly & helpful if she tried, she guided me through the process from there on & gave me confidence to be embarking on a process that I had never done before, following my offer Eve kept me up to date with how things were progressing & when I should expect to here more. The whole team could not have worked better together if they tried.
Now at the after sales process with Ellie is effortless & professional while guiding me through the next steps & answering all my questions while not making me feel like I am asking too many or asking the wrong thing.
Even the In Laws are recommending the team following our experience (they did attend the viewing so saw for themselves some of what we saw ☺️)

Great purchase experience

Efficient, pleasant and well informed staff.
Regular updates on progress and good advice regarding sale price. Everything put in place immediately with documents for solicitors, epc check and mortgage advice.
Sold within 6 months which is good. First viewer made offer. Happy with service and regularly updated regarding the bungalow we are buying. Happy with service, pleasant, well informed and very helpful.
Recommended to neighbour who is putting her house on the market also.

Excellent service overall from start to finish. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Sue kept us properly informed at every stage rather than leaving us chasing for updates, and was proactive in getting all parties aligned on a completion date — no small task with a chain involved. There was clearly a lot of work going on behind the scenes to keep things moving and keep everyone talking to each other, which made a real difference to how smoothly the whole process went. Would happily recommend.
