Had a new alarm system fitted today at my brothers house. Lance attended, thoroughly professional, knowledgeable as well as detailed in his run through of the system with me on completion. All round first class experience. I use BeeTee for own home so had no hesitation in using them again.

I spoke with nick wright. It was midnight and I thought I was going to be waiting ages for an engineer to call. He called back within the hour. Alarm was sorted in seconds! Thanks so much

Stephen Pegg visited today on a booked engineer visit for a fault on a door connection. Stephen was methodical in detecting where the fault was, fixed it, and tested it. Before he left he reinstalled the Control App on my phone and ensured it worked correctly. A very professional and pleasant person, a credit to your company.

We had an alarm fitted in our new house by BeeTee Alarms. It was a very easy process and they explained everything very well. Lance came to fit the alarm and was very friendly, tidy and efficient and it was installed within a few hours and he explained how everything worked. I would highly recommend!

Made contact with the company this morning as could not get alarm to work over the weekend due to comms fault. Engineer tried to help over the phone but clearly not easy to resolve this way. So he, Nick Wright, came out in the afternoon at the time we agreed and whilst it wasn't straight forward got the problem resolved very efficiently and effectively. Even took his shoes off once in the hallway. Very impressed from the moment we phoned right up to the conclusion. Many thanks Nick Wright

Bee Tee have been providing and servicing Intruder alarm systems for me at two consecutive addresses for about twenty years, and maintaining the CCTV system (and adding to it) for about eight years. I have found them to be totally reliable,helpful and professional as a company. Dave serviced both systems yesterday and went about his work quietly and efficiently, explaining the process to me concisely so I was aware of the progress of the job.
If a glitch occurs, which is very rare, it is usually dealt with on the same day, or the next day, depending on the nature of issue. Bee Tee has my wholehearted confidence and recommendation.

Not only is Barrie the complete professional, but he also has excellent interpersonal skills. In a short time he identified and resolved a fault that had been causing problems for 18 months. We were so appreciative of his efforts. He must be one of Bee Tee's greatest assets.

Our alarm & CCTV received its 1st annual service on the 30/9/2025.
Andrew, was the engineer who attended. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
During his visit everything was performed to a high standard and any issues/questions we had, Andrew was able to resolve without any fuss.
