had a really tight development deadline to meet, so engaged with this lot - what a bad mistake. useless company, raised a purchase order and paid for goods and 5 days later the clowns have not even started the shipping process.

I ordered a 27 inch touchscreen TV for an organization I'm a part of. The screen itself is fine and looks good. However, the desktop stand it comes with is a bit of a joke. It is not stable enough for the TV to be used as a touchscreen. It will fall over if not screwed into a mounting of some kind. It also won't hold the angle you set it on, it just falls flat unless you tighten the screws every time its moved. Delivery was quick.

The delivery went smoothly.
Due to a fault in my own equipment I thought the monitor was faulty and got in touch with customer support. Their standard of service was very high.
Now that I have corrected my own faults I can report that I am very impressed with the build and picture quality of the product

The build and screen quality of the BEE-12HD7 exceeds my expectations. From the moment it came out of the box I could see it is clearly a professional piece of kit and I am so glad I didn't go for a cheaper alternative. It is an absolute joy to use and the perfect choice of second monitor for desk use while teaching online.
Delivery was unbelievably fast and obviously unaffected by the current Brexit situation - it even arrived a day earlier than promised..!
The speed of service and response to enquiries by Clement immediately inspires confidence. Beetronics is definitely setting the standard for how companies should operate. I recommend Beetronics unreservedly for both customer care and quality of their products.
