Horrible customer service. I waited for over a week to know the status of a stairmaster purchase. I called and the woman who answered told me she was working on arrangements with shipping and that she would send me an email the next day to let me know its status. I never heard back. I called again and she told me the same thing. When I told her I wanted to cancel, she had no issues canceling and giving a little attitude- like “yeah, whatever”.
It’s so unfortunate to have staff in the company that is not professional or properly trained for such an important role. I will never get anything from them just because of her.

“Buyer's Beware” I ordered a Smith machine on July 14th, 2025, and it was never shipped to me. Despite making 4-5 calls to inquire about the shipping status, I was repeatedly promised a callback that never happened. During my 6th call, I mentioned the option of a refund. Although I received the refund five days later, the money never actually posted to my account. There has been no explanation provided regarding the product or the reasons for the shipping failure. This lack of communication and accountability is utterly unacceptable. It is clear to me that this company operates as a scam, taking customers' money without delivering the equipment. I strongly advise others to stay away! I directly spoke with Royce three times and was promised a call back from Shavanique Camero, but I have yet to hear anything from her.

Update: I finally received my money back, although it took some time. I never received an explanation for why my order was never shipped after 3 months of waiting. So over the past 5 months, they haven't contacted me. However, I suppose this review gained some traction. I am thankful I received my money back but "Buyer's Beware!" I hope Royce found a new company to work for, he seemed like a nice person. Hopefully this helps.

The equipment is definitely one of the best quality commercial grade home gym sets that I’ve found. I purchased the Relentless Trainer for my home gym replacement. I paid for the gym, but had no contact from the company for almost two weeks. I called in relation to the purchase and the call taker response was poor. They didn’t have the leg attachment in stock and wanted to refund the purchase.

I went forward with the purchase, but still had trouble getting any action to ship the product for over another week even with repeated calls. I finally escalated my concerns and was put in touch with Daniel. The service received from Daniel was excellent and he continued to be responsive to concerns after shipping and missing pieces etc.

Again, the quality of the product is great, but the customer service portion of the business when you call for assistance will lead to losing customers. It is pretty terrible. Daniel is the only reason I continued with the purchase.

I can’t say enough good things about the Kahuna Smith Machine! As someone who has always loved strength training but often felt intimidated in the gym, having this machine at home has truly changed the game for me. The first time I used it, I was impressed by how solid and stable it feels. The built-in safety features give me the confidence to lift heavier weights without worrying about injuries.

One of my favorite things about this Smith machine is its versatility. I’ve been able to do everything from squats to bench presses, and even some unconventional exercises like lunges and shoulder presses. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service experience when I had a couple of questions about setup. They were incredibly responsive and genuinely interested in helping me get the most out of my purchase. It felt great to know that they care about their customers and are there to support me on my fitness journey. I highly recommend the Kahuna Smith Machine to anyone looking to elevate their workout routine at home!

Ordered over 12k in equipment during a free shipping promotion.

They didn't have a few items and refunded it. Then waited until a week before my opening to say they couldn't afford the shipping and cancelled the entire order.

They knew full well the order was there for over 2 weeks and said nothing. Now left me high and dry to scramble.

Look elsewhere for equipment.

My boyfriend and I have been waiting since August for our dumbbell sets. It would be nice to know the availability of the product when we buy it. The paiement is taken right away but the dumbbells are back order… hopefully we’ll receive our sets this month like they told us.

10/10 would recommend! Talked to the owner to help decide what to get to fit my needs, picked a machine out (the kutana, attachment's, and plates) got it delivered and assembled all within 1 week. Extremely fast and efficient!

Amazing products that are made out of solid materials and are really good condition. Phenomenal customer service, they helped with everything I needed and I had absolutely no problems at all.

Got the Kahuna, Mats and Rubber Plates, quality is better than any machine Ive ever touched.

Premierèment j'ai acheter le kuhana un banc et des poids pour une somme de 8000$ et il m'ont promis qu'ils me donneraient 2 bars avec premier problèmes jamais envoyer une seule bar malgré 2 communication avec eu 2 problème faut pas être pressé d'avoir sa commande 3 problèmes 2pieces d'effectueuses j'ai communiqué avec le gérant mais ca l'air que leur produit ne peut pas avoir de default même avec photo et vidéo à l'appui après ma dernière conversation avec le 17 avril j'attends toujours une des pièces aujourd'hui le 24 mai service à la clientèle extrêmement décevant quand même payer 8000 pas 500 je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux
donc pour ce qui est de la garantie à vie laisser moi en douter et toujours pas de nouvelles du GÉRANT le 22 août 2024 il prend vraiment c'est client pour des caves mr D

I have been waiting 6 months for products ordered, over $5000 spent, getting ahold of the company is time consuming and email response time is usually 7-10 days- if you even get a response at all.
If you call the phone number they tell you someone will call you back and they never do.
Was told numerous times that product would be shipped and has yet to happen
Began bank process this week for fraud and have contacted my gyms lawyer to proceed further. MAJOR buyer beware!!!!!!

I ordered the Elite Mr.Monster package. Not sure what the issue was but took a lot of prodding to get them to ship after they had taken my money. Dont waste time contacting customer service, if you can get hold of the President he seems to be the only one that will respond. DO NOT order the Multifunction Leg Extension Bench,very poor quality, does not lay flat and looks like they put the wheels on upside down. As far as the Mr.Monster goes...very happy with this. High quality for a great price...as well as the rubber mats,can't beat the price on these. All in all, now that i know, i would still buy from these people, just do your homework.

I’ve outfitted my gym with numerous different pieces of equipment from different companies and unfortunately my experience with this company has been less than desirable. Equipment isn’t poorly made. It seems to be decent quality materials. It was shipped in numerous pieces with them all just laying in a crate. They did have a small layer of padded wrapping around them however Multiple pieces had scratches, dents, rust, and scrapes. One piece was damaged enough where I was unable to put the product together. When I reached out to the company they said to “hammer” it back into place with a mallet. This caused more damage. They then said they would send me a replacement piece in a couple days. Over two weeks later I was finally shipped the piece. I had to reach out numerous times for the status or to remind them of the issue. I received the piece and they sent me a video on how to replace it. This video showed employees using a mallet and hitting the equipment numerous times with great force. I forced the piece on however will most likely be returning this piece as it doesn’t function as I’d like. Again not terrible company but when you’re paying a large amount of money for something you shouldn’t have to “hammer” it to get it to work. highly recommend the more popular companies.

Purchased Mr. Monster along with bench, upgraded weight stacks, barbell, and weight plates. Delivery was prompt (had a couple of missing items which were addressed). Assembly was straightforward but tools are needed and took some effort compared to other machines I've had given the heavy duty components. Have been using Mr. Monster for a few weeks now and very pleased with the high quality.
