the staff and techs are great: cordial, welcoming and kind. However, this business model is lacking compared to in-office visits. Parts of the eye exam can not be done remotely and require a skilled professional to observe and test. In those instances, Befitting refers patients to an in-person eye doctor which means an additional cost ($ and time) for the patient. Further, when/if there is a problem with the glasses, the load is on the patient to retest and address. Meanwhile, a single visit to a physical eye-doc could take care of it all.
Befitting is great if there are no hitches with your exam or glasses. Otherwise, it is a waste of time and $. Wish it weren't.

The glasses I originally chose were too large for my prescription, Befitting suggested a smaller size pair of glasses to fit my prescription, gave alternate options to choose from and it worked out perfect. Their attention to detail and the time they took to review my order before processing made sure the glasses I received were the right size and fit to my prescription. This is the second pair I have ordered from Befitting and both times the experience has been perfect.

The ease of the site and communication from reps. This was my first experience buying eyeglasses online. Receiving my order quickly in a well protected package. I would recommend befitting to anyone in the market for buying eyeglasses.

First time to order on line. Nervous about getting correct fit. They arrived in a timely manner and fit very nicely. Had to get the nose piece adjusted but otherwise, was satisfied.

I love my products!! My first pair are clear RX glasses and my second pair are Rayban RX shades! Both look great, but most importantly my vision is sharp! I also spoke with a representative (don’t recall her name) and she was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind! Even though I do not need any more glasses, I am ready to purchase more!

I think better access to use health insurance is great! Befitting Eyewear in network open for so many providers. And amongst in network retailers, I was hooked after buying their ongoing promotions for thirty percent off plus free shipping. There are so many brand name collections with at least a couple to choose from for all sorts of face shapes and sizes. So, I wasn’t going anywhere near the competitors that didn’t have great selections. Besides suspecting my experience is yet another scheme to manifest the cosmic battle with Italian eyewear monopoly, I am excited to try the second pair for thirty percent off!

Got the glasses, went through insuranse. Only complaint it the shape of the lens was not fully detailed in the photos so I may have picked a different pair. Still great though.

Best customer service that I've ever experienced. My last order was lost in the mail, Befitting expedited a replace pair that I received in a few days. The pair I received, after wearing them for a few weeks, developed a crack at the top of one of the lenses. I emailed customer service with a photo of the lens and once again I had a new pair delivered in a few days.
All previous orders were perfect, frames and lenses were excellent.

Was so excited for new glasses and sunglasses. Both pairs came in, so stretch out they can’t be reformed and looks like I am stuck with them. Not very happy. Since recommend by my insurance I’ll make sure I let them know as well.

I ordered a pair of glasses they told me it could take up to 15 days for me to receive them. Well I received them within 7 days. The price I paid for a fossil pair of glasses was less than half of what I would have paid somewhere else. Very friendly, very open communication and resolving any issues. I will be ordering from them again.
