Avoid this brand at all costs.

I made the mistake of ordering from them twice.

The first order was delayed for over six months. Every time I asked what was going on, the apparent owner contacted me on Instagram with yet another excuse, yet another promise, and yet another shipping date. None of them were ever kept.

While I was still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I was offered a 20% discount as an apology and personally assured that a second order would be different because production had supposedly moved to Europe. I trusted them. That was my mistake.

The second order followed the exact same pattern. More delays. More excuses. When I asked to cancel both orders and get my money back, the company refused to issue a refund and I was met with more confused explanations on why they wouldn‘t refund me (which were obvious lies btw).
For example after waiting more than six months, I finally cancelled my first order. The day before, I had been told it would take another week before it could be shipped. Suddenly, as soon as I asked for a refund, I was told the package had already been shipped and therefore could no longer be cancelled. When I asked for a tracking number to verify this, I wasn’t given one—instead, I was met with yet another excuse and told to wait again.

So after experiencing all of this, I no longer believe these are honest delays. The communication felt like nothing but excuse after excuse to keep me waiting in hopes the deadline for my right to chargeback runs out.

I wouldn’t trust this brand with another cent. Don’t buy from them!!

The company is an absolute scam and lied through the entire process. Ordered on 2/5 after 2 months I still didn’t have it, they kept saying delayed. At 8 weeks I asked for a refund they said they refunded it. Lies again, never got a refund. I kept after them for a few more weeks and they said they were in Germany on the way to London where they said ship from and I’d get tracking that week. Monday came no tracking, he said he’d check with shipping and the problem was they didn’t have my phone. Sent me tracking and it had shipped directly from China never went through Germany never went to London more lies. I wake up to a note saying it should be here yesterday, then they blocked me because they knew I would go ballistic when I found the pile of garbage they sent me. Tiny XL that won’t even close and I wear a medium, no detachable fur collar, not waxed denim definitely NOT handcrafted. Absolute garbage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES AND YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET ANY PURCHASE YOU MAKE.

Don’t buy there, i ordered 2 pieces i received only one 3 months later and they never refunded me. They blocked me on instagram (the only way to communicate with them)

I ordered an expensive jacket for my son size XL. Was sent what I could only describe as an S (my husband is an M and he couldn't zip it up). They insisted on the fact that it was an XL and that the style was to not zip it up! In the end they said that they would send me a 2XL that was going into production and would be ready by 19.03.25...NOTHING! I've emailed and messaged them until I'm blue in the face - at first they replied but now they're totally ghosting me. Half the time you can't even get into their website and therefore the chat without a password - very convenient! Needless to say I'm seriously not impressed.

Insane garments, definitely worth the wait! They’re very clear about their shipping times which I can understand is a bit long but it’s 100% worth it. They post all their customers who’ve received their orders on their instagram story daily so idk why people are calling it a scam they’re just an instagram brand ofc it’s gonna take a few weeks to ship, it’s not H&M or Bershka they are people not an organisation.

Complete scam. Do NOT order from them. The positive reviews are probably fake. Ordered a jacket for my son in December and 10 weeks later nothing. They keep saying it will be sent and will send a track number to me. I asked for a refund and was told it was not possible as the jacket had been sent. SCAM.

quality was amazing!!

product is insane, just like you can see in the videos, great quality too. i ordered a puffer from them which is really dope. took some time to come (almost 10 weeks after i ordered) but they’re quick to answer you and let you know in what situation is your order, and once i received it i had absolutely no regrets waiting that much. moreover there should be no delay issues anymore apparently, which is an amazing thing since it was for me the only aspect of my experience which could be improved, given that besides that the puffer is damn sick

Long wait but 100% worth it great variety of amazing products

Only bad thing was the delivery time which amped up to like 11 weeks, but the support was very very helpful throughout the wait. andthe wait was worth it, the jacket is incredibly beautiful.

Customer service was so good reached out to tell me about delays over Christmas but was still worth the wait very high quality item and would definitely recommend.

Item shipped fast, the jacket looks great in person. Customer service is also great and responsive. Def recommend.
