Dr Victoria was so understanding and lovely throughout our first consultation. She made us feel at ease and ensured us that our little girl willow who is
Blind could learn new skills to help her develop and manage day to day.
She was very reassuring and knew exactly what she was talking about, her expert knowledge was clear during our consultation. She helped us understand our little pup more than ever and everything she said/advised made perfect sense!
We are so excited to start this journey with her and we would 100% recommend her to anyone struggling needing support and help. We can’t wait to continue working alongside her and she the progress willow makes!

I contacted Behavet when I wanted more reliable behaviour from my dog, he wasn’t aggressive but he pulled like a train and I couldn’t take him anywhere without him losing his mind with excited behaviour.
The first consultation was lengthy and I was given games to play ,these play sessions can be as long or short as you want.
I quickly began to see a change in my dogs behaviour and encouraged I worked really hard with each new task we were given.
I was able to keep in touch with my consultant Dr Victoria with any questions I had.She cheered me on as we went from strength to strength.
She has tweaked our learning as we have gone along and is a wonderful teacher.
I would say that to succeed you have to work at it,but in my opinion there is no one better to train your dog than YOU. I with all my heart recommend Behavet .

The consultation was excellent, clear informative, I felt "heard".a good plan was compiled .Dr Celyn was easy to communicate with. A copy of the recorded session was sent within the hour after the end of session along with resources required to implement the plan .Dr Celyn gave feedback to my vet immediately with a suggestion of medication required . Admin support was also excellent throughout.

Very good advice for improving our dog’s behaviour. Excellent training videos and team were very helpful and informative.

Behavet is transformative.
Our dog Murphy had some behaviour challenges and with the coaching and training from Dr Yolandé Murphy has come along way. We are able to manage the situations that Murphy is not yet ready to handle by himself and he chooses to engage with us more. We still have work to do and will continue to practice the techniques to help him make his own choices to engage with us.
Also amazing we could use this as part of our pet insurance.

I was very reassured by the session I had with vet behaviourist, Dr Agatha, from Behavet. It wasn’t my first rodeo as it were with respect to behavioural advice regarding my Romanian rescue. She was clear, logical and empathetic. I am now starting the plan that she has set for me and my dog and we have our next session in 3 weeks time. Dr Agatha is also in communication with my regular vet regarding tweeks to his medication. I feel positive that the future looks brighter for both me and my gorgeous dog companion.

Early days - only initial consultation so more about finding out about my dog. Would have preferred them seeing the dog in the home environment and asking questions based on his behaviour/actions. Not a lot of new information to try given so hope this will be given later. Don’t just want to watch videos .

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I felt listened to and my problems with my dog were understood.

Knowledgeable and friendly - gave lots of concrete advice which we are working on right away. Went over and above to ensure we understood everything.

I didn’t feel rushed and the support given was explained and made so much sense. Videos supported what had been discussed so I know exactly what to do.
Lots of opportunities to ask questions or get clarification.

This training has been so helpful. I now understand my dog better and she has become calmer and much less triggered!
We enjoy practicing the exercises which have built confidence in us both. Individualised plan, compassionate and constructive feedback. Brilliant help and support. Dr Jacqueline was so friendly and supportive and the 90minutes shot by with telling her the problem and sh suggesting solutions . It had not dawned on us that our 15 month old was over aroused with too much freedom and games and long walks and was not getting enough sleep!
