Unable to return product. It was too small. Tried to return it on the day of arrival….impossible. The interaction between me and BeigeRue was polite and professional but too no avail. I WILL NOT shop with them again.

Very poor quality shoes, leather coming off by the third wear - minimal wear as well. Only offer was to exchange at my own expense. Cheap material, uncomfortable.

The shoes that were advertised were not what arrived - they were cheap imitations . The chemical smell was overwhelming, the material was cheap and even the heels were a hard plastic and were dangerously slippery. They’re a scam, I just lost $175 on crappy rubbish you can’t wear

The Dress I ordered was In good Quality and the size was perfect, however the shipping time could have been better, But its understandable as Its Holiday season. Overall great experience with them

Absolute rubbish quality. $79.95 for a dress. Print was nothing like the photo, cheap belt included that was folded up and marked. Fabric was some cheap rubbish with no tags to know what it’s even made of. Not Australian. Do not waste your money.

Don’t waste your time or money. The company and the product are misleading. Very long delivery time. Cheaply made dress not in colour, size or quality described. Company located in China but advertising name to be in Australia with contact in Netherlands.

Do not deal with this company. I purchased a dress and it was too small. I tried to return it but was given the run around. Will NEVER purchased from this company again.

The item I paid was out of stock so they took it upon themselves to pick me something else and sent that in the wrong size. I’ve been offered 10% discount. A thoroughly dishonest company

The sandals sent did not match the photos and product description on their website. The materials used to produce the sandals were of very low grade. They were not sent in a box, so were squashed and oddly shaped. I am still in the email merry go round stage trying to get a resolution as I will not be wearing these!
Good news update - if you paid via PayPal, report them for the scammers they are and receive full refund! Negotiating with is a lost cause, and their loss. They must improve quality of products and service.

Total scam and rip off site

Shoddy products

Cheap and nasty. Glue leaks, sewing inconsistent , parcel frieght straight from Zhenghou China. Company a scam, not the orthopedic shoes I viewed on line. Shoes arrived wrapped in used bubble wrap , should not have left my Myers online shopping.
We live and learn.

Do NOT buy from this site! The item is nothing like what they advertise and they do not offer any “hassle free returns” like it says! I ordered a crop sweater with embroidery and they sent me a long oversized printed tee shirt with a button falling off. What a joke! And they told me I had to pay a lot to ship it back to China! Buyer beware!

Do not buy from this website. They copy designers n print them on cheap polyester. When I found out, I canceled it within 3 hrs and I was supposed to be able to within 24 hours as stated on their website but they apparently shipped it and said there’s nothing they can do. They have offered me 20% discount or 75% store credit. They want me to return the dress at my own cost which according to them is more than 50% of the price of the dress. Looks like I’m not the only victim so buyers beware
