Ordered a few items from this company for the holidays...and my daughter wanted to keep some and return others. Thank you to Jason for making the return process so expedient. I actually was pressuring him for a while because the shipping was a bit slow...and I never heard of their courier UniUni before...but everything turned out great. I so very much appreciate their business, like their quality products and will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

Good clothes, but long shipping time
Items are of good quality (although not superior), made in Europe, color and sizing is as described in web site which is big plus. However, shipping time is too long.

It took a lot more effort to correct my…
It took a lot more effort to correct my order than made and real sense. As well as the fact that it’s been about 3 weeks and I still have not received my order and for whatever reason I’ve received two tracking numbers and it appears NOTHING is being shipped in the first tracking number. This entire ordeal is a shit show.

We're very sorry for all the confusion here - totally understandable how frustrating this must feel.
To clarify what happened: when your order was updated for the correct size, the change was made before anything reached the warehouse, so no first package was ever shipped. The extra “tracking number” you’re seeing isn’t an actual shipment, it’s a placeholder created by the Re:do package-protection add-on you selected at checkout. That placeholder always shows “no movement” because nothing is physically sent with it.
Your actual swimsuit is the one tied to the USPS tracking number ending in 4577, and that package is in transit and due for delivery any second now. Carrier delays have been common this week due to the holiday surge, but it is moving through the system and headed your way.
We're truly sorry this process felt more stressful than it should have. We’ve reached out privately as well so we can make sure you’re fully taken care of and satisfied with the final result.

Great experience and my wife loved the fit
I recently ordered a few dresses for me from Be Juliet, and the whole experience went really well. The items arrived within the expected time, and the quality was exactly as shown on the website. I was especially happy with how well the dress fit no sizing surprises, which was a relief.
Customer service wasn’t needed because everything went smoothly, but the tracking updates were clear and helpful. Based on this order, I would feel confident buying from them again.

Unique suit!
Very cute, unique suit. Love the high-waist bottoms and retro look. Bottoms fit well. I’m a size 6 in pants with a smaller waist (27”) and full hips, so I ordered a large and it works well. The top fits my small bust, but there is no support and it doesn’t stay in place well. I wouldn’t wear this anywhere that it might come off like water park or ocean. Better as a suit for laying out and enjoy the sun.

Top is waaaay too small
I ordered the super cute patchwork bikini and my order got cancelled for some reason, but my money didn't get refunded. I reached out to customer support and they sent me an invoice so I could pay again. I did because I really wanted this bathing suit. That worked and finally my bikini got shipped. It took over a month to get here and when it did, the top is so tiny it looks like it's for a preteen. It's such a bummer, I love it and I can't even wear it. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

I’m so glad I ordered the Perfee dress! it’s that perfect mix of casual and sexy. I’ve worn it with
sneakers during the day and dressed it up with boots at night. The slit makes it feel sexy, and

Absolutely quality. The seams weren’t completely sewn together so it’s unwearable upon arrival and the construction is incredibly poor and made of cheap fabric. Do not purchase!
