Took ages to arrive was addressed to the incorrect address (and I checked and I had put in the correct address). The product was used and broken. I emailed them to ask for a refund and haven't got a reply.

I was skeptical about ordering from a closing down sale, but my order was dispatched and arrived ahead of the estimate.

Fab would use this company again for sure

Delivery took longer than expected
The make up pencils were very hard. This may not be the company’s fault as it was a brand.
Didn’t reply to my email. However the items did arrive and were packaged satisfactorily.

My product went missing, I contacted both the delivery company and Be Kind Beauty - delivery company said to contact BKB - which I did. Have never had a reply.
Some days later my product arrived (rogue driver had marked all deliveries in our street as delivered when they weren’t - I only know this thru talking to neighbours tho as still no helpful responses from delivery company!), but if it hadn’t there was no other way of resolving the issue as nobody at BKB ever replied to my emails. I notice on BKB it says Closing Down Sale so I would avoid at all costs now in case there are any issues with your product or delivery. Customer Service is non-existent. Shame because the previous experience I had, and the product, were both good.

Very late delivery. Was not able to reach the company either via email or phone. Had to call my credit card for fraud to resolve the case. Would give zero if I can.

Items were as ordered. Delivery was very slow.

I ordered a Jane Iredale lipstick on 20th December. It arrived on time but it smelled and isnt the usual texture. I have been using this lipstick for 5 years. It is " OFF ".
Despite emailing the company I have had no response and have chased.
I wouldn't use this company , unusable product and they still have my money.

Easy to order..mascara arrived promptly and was well packaged.

I made an order 10 days ago, my money was taken from my account immediately. I have received a confirmation email and then nothing. Now 10 days later I am wondering what has happened. The fact that the money was taken and no further information has definitely concerned me. If the company is closing down then it should not be taking the money so readily if they perhaps cannot send the goods. I would be grateful for a quick response please.

The choosing and purchasing process was easy and straightforward on the website, and the product is fabulous, and my partner loves it. However, BeKindBeauty's choice of EVRI as a courier would definitely make me think twice before ordering from them again. It was only luck and managing to speak to the driver on this occasion that got it delivered at all.

Ordered two items which were dispatched and arrived quickly and in good condition. Really pleased and will use them again.

Terrible experience the site says 10 business days max for delivery it's going on a month and I still have not received my order when I contacted the company their response was oh well you'll just have to wait we can't speed up shipping. But as a company ur responsible for properly displaying accurate information on your site for your customers. I will never place an order from this place again I've never had to wait so long for an order and then get such a bs response from the company my bank is also in the process of retrieving my money from the order I still haven't received a month later.

Products all arrived very quickly. Would order again.
