Can’t fault this company 👍
Easy to navigate website, with useful descriptions of the beers. There’s a wide range of beers on offer at a decent price as well. The delivery is amazingly fast, I can’t fault this company, Kimo has always been friendly and helpful, just a great place to buy Belgian beer from.

Awful service
Awful service. Made an order paid it and the status of the order didn't change in a week from payment received. Sent a message and they didn't reply, simply cancelled the order. Avoid it. And they took the money woth them!

Hi Luis, It's because you live in the Azores, which is Portugal but the shipping fee is alot more expensive. I was searching for an solution with other couriers to find reasonable shipping prices. I canceled the order and made a refund, you received this information by email.

Happy Global Traveler
The company has great selections, including things I cannot easily find elsewhere and some things that are truly impossible to find elsewhere. Their packaging is now perfect. Their shipping prices have been lowered. And they are able to ship to me as I travel, taking care of my beer supply no matter where in the world I am located.

There was a couple of problems with my…
There was a couple of problems with my delivery.
1. The items sent were labelled as Memorabilia and valued at Euro1, when it was 36 bottles of beer at Euro 139, therefore UK Customs held the package until the correct information was given. This meant the delivery, which was due for Christmas, arrived late.
2. Two of the bottles were smashed in transit.

My apologies for the late delivery of your parcel.
We shared the information with UK customs almost a week before Christmas hoping it would still arrive on time.
Even though we put much effort in our packing methods, breakage sometimes appear. Please send us an email on which bottles got broken and we'll find the right solution.

My experience was amazing!!! Ordered a bunch of westy12's. They aren't cheap and they are very rare beer. Got it sent to Los Angeles in less than a week!!! Wow!!
